Chitkara University overall is a recognised university,but living in that campus was like hell.You were charged fines for every step of yours.Even wardens and management used to harass students by saying if you don't fulfill our conditions or work according to us we will get your degree blocked.

Course Curriculum Overview
It was okay, Not much No, I chose electronics and communication engineering.Course was okay but practical knowledge was very less, In second last semester college sent me for internship in Mumbai and it was a blue collar job so I had to leave that internship in between and come back and in last semester I was placed in a startup in which college didn't take responsibility and I had to leave that company without taking salary after continuously working there for 1 month.
Internships Opportunities
College offered internships to students for 1 year in which stipend was very less around 6-7 k.Also if students went for internships they didnt have to give exams but if someone left in between college didnt even help a little and students had to prepare for exams all by themsleves in very less time.
Placement Experience
Placement scenario was very bad.Half of my class was unplaced and those who were placed , most of them left there jobs within 2-3 months,either company was fraud or working conditions were not good.Total students placed from a batch of 250 students is 50
Fee Structure And Facilities
Very expensive, the fee was 73000 per semester, the hostel was 35000 per semester.If there was any backlog we have to pay 1000 per backlog. Also we have to register for different societies every year which was added expense.Overall college was every expensive.

Hostel was worse Not Hygienic No pgs 35000 Food was worst
Exam Structure
Very frequent It was not a chill culture
Faculty
Not qualified. HOD of our department was not at all helping , she didn't listen to what I said about the internship they provided instead she blamed me that you decided to go yourselves , said it was your decision. Also teachers were not helping and never gave proper notes fr subjects.
