- A lot of clubs in college to join thus social life is really good here and you can find your peer group easily
- Classrooms and labs are really nice and there are various centres for other things like IOS centre for ios development
- Almost all students get placed and some good companies come for internships
Dislikes
- For cse students who live in hostel , classes are in the evening
- College is 45 min away from Chandigarh cause I didn’t expect it to be that far
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is advanced and all the advanced and trending topics and only the relevant subjects are being taught. For cse core subjects and coding languages are taught really good . Teachers help students w projects too
Internships Opportunities
Companies come for the internships at the start of 6th sem and some good stipends are offered though I'm not sure about the exact amount but a lot of companies come like Bajaj, adobe and some startups too
Placement Experience
Placement is good. Almost all students who want to sit in placements get internships. Companies start coming at the start of 6th semester and even for 4th year. Average package is around 6-7 LPA but some others get really high packages too
Fees and Financial Aid
85000 is the fees per semester so 1,70,000 per year There is not any scholarship as it's a private institution . Registration fee around 10000 is there but other than that no additional fee Semester fees stays constant throught the 4 years and this is for BE course , for other courses fee may vary
Campus Life
Campus life is fun here. There are many clubs . Technical and cultural clubs both. Various events happen. So many concerts and on every occasion there's an event. For the fest, it's rangrezz fest which happens every 4 years
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is alright. There's ac rooms and non ac rooms and attached washroom and non attached washrooms rooms so you can choose according to your preference and the fees varies. Food is good. Food menu changes frequently and quality of food is good. Hostel fees is 70K + but it depends on the type of room you chose. Registration process for hostel is online only . It's pretty simple and you also choose your room online and can also select the room number online
Admission
I couldn't clear JEE so I applied to a bunch of private colleges but I chose this one over the others was because of its placement statistics and also hearing from others what the college is like and how's the life here
Faculty
Faculty is really nice here and there's a lot of teachers so the faculty to student ratio is pretty good. Most of the trainers are also working professionals which is nice as they have real word knowledge
Night Life
Hostel timing is 12 midnight for both boys and girls hostel. Night life is eventful always. Library closes at 11:15 pm. Gym is there which opens at both morning and night. Cafeteria is open till 11:30 pm and there's many outlets inside the campus like dominoes , barista and others
