Likes

Atmosphere is good, you can do whatever you want to do in free time.
Library is very nice, you can get all the books available for your branch and other branches too.
The infrastructure is good, classes are wide and enough spacious

Dislikes

There is no proper management in college, you are not aware of any decisions taken.
The higher level department is also good for Nothing. Your work will remain pending for months.
Faculties never supports you, they will never help you.

Course Curriculum Overview

I wanted to study about working Mechanism of different machines and also want to work in railways, so I chose Mechanical Engineering. The faculties and student ratio is good. But there is no proper communication between faculty and students. Some faculties left the college in the middle of the semester.

Class Size: 89Course Fees: INR 102000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is good now because they have tied with Grayquest, now you can pay your fees in instalments. The cost is around 52000 for one Sem, and it can increase ahead. There are no good jobs offered for core branches, all the companies are sales and marketing departments.

Campus Life

There are some clubs and associations run by our college students. There are students who work in the Rotaract club, Indus Mechanical Engineering Association, and SAC - Student Associations Cell. There are no websites run by students as far as I know.

Admission

There should be a student counselling cell working effectively, because when I went through the admission process I never got the opportunity to see the college, also there is no proper communication in the student cell.

In our college, 100% students get placed every year. After 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Some students want to get into higher studies and some want to get off-campus placements. Many companies like google, motorola,crest comes to take interviews. My plan is to get into higher studies abroad after getting degree.

Placement of my college is decent enough as per NITs. From 7 semester students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Micron, GE Healthcare, Visa, MasterCard and more visited and offer 6 to 7 candidates depending on requirement. Highest package is 57 LPA in CSE branch and 35 LPA in ECE branch. In CSE Placement percentage is 94% and in ECE it is 84%. I will go for College placements and will give government exams and GATE exam.

From the 6th semester,the students are eligible for the placement cells.As we all know that first step for the placement is The Aptitude test and later on the interview and technical skills. Companies like TCS,Micron,TCS Ninja,Juspay,Samsung, Microsoft and many more. The highest placement from the college is 31LPA and the average package of the college is 3LPA to 4LPA. The students placed every year around 60-65 %.

Placement Experience:

The placement in by branch are good enough in last year 2024 a student got package of nearly 42 lakh per year from computer branch. The average package in computer branch is nearly 10 to 12 LPA . Different companies visits our college to give placement to the students. The major companies ask about the students who have 8 + CGPA . Students become eligible from the 7th semester itself for campus placements. The collge gives perfect data of the student who are placed in different different companies.in year 2023 88% of the students were succcessufully placed in companies.Including all branches average package was of 7 LPA but for computer science students the average package was 10 to 12 LPA.In petrochemical branches the highest package was 24 LPA . and average package was nearly about 6.5LPA.The IT companies such as Google , Microsoft, Reliance , TATA visiits the college to give placement to the students of computer science.The total of 550 +students got the offer from various companies from all branches of btech and nearly 175 companies visited to the campus of the collegeAfter i get the degree the college pdeu i wil do the job for 2 to 3 years in some good companies after that my plan is to do startup means i want to start my buissness such as making an app , etc.. In PDEU the number of students getting placed are good enough even students getting good offcampus packages than oncampus becaus the student become capable of doing work or finding good work. There are some of the students not getting the jobs on campus they try offcampus and thy get the job.

Many students don't get the opportunity as it only offers to those students who are good in there own field. Normally students become eligible for campus placements From 6th semester.
