Average salary offered for MBA - Healthcare was 4 LPA. Highest offer was by Abbott Healthcare at 7.5 LPA for batch 12-14.

College Events

4

SIESCOMS is a host to a variety of college festivals. Virtualities - The main and the biggest college cultural fest with dances, games, shows and more. Alumni meet - A meet specially arranged for the alumnus of the college every year; so as to open up chances of building relations with newer organisations through our alumni. Management fairs - A regular management fair with seminars and activities on different subjects of management.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure 2012-14 batch for MBA - Healthcare was Rs.3.5 lakhs for the duration of 2 years. Roughly one needs to pay Rs. 90000/- per semester which is inclusive of the tuition fee, library fee and other parameters for management education. However, the fees varies from course to course. On comparison with other institutes in Mumbai, the fees is very feasible for MBA course.

Fees and Financial Aid

Loan facility is offered by the college. However, since I haven't availed of the same do not have much idea on it.

Campus Life

4.5

Gender ratio - Males: Females was 60:40. Extracurricular activities were encouraged and the college provides a ground and area to practice the same. there is absolutely no discrimination on race, religion, economic status. The college operates basis Merit. No seen or observed gender bias on ground.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

No hostel facilities. The student needs to opt for PG facility which is available near the college. Canteen facility is available however, no mess facilities available. Many number of eating joints are available around the college. which is manageable for the hostel students.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes. It does help to be in touch with the alumni. However, one does not often get in touch with them.

Exam Structure

Semester wise exam concept was the norm of the college. However, there were 2 internal examinations conducted every semester. They constitute for about 40% of the total scores for a subject. Hence, on an average, we can expect an exam every 45 days. Not a hectic schedule.

Admission

The notification for applications was issued online on the college website. Application form was to be collected from the college office, and to be submitted post filling in particulars as required. A call for GD & PI was given along with the dates via email. At the scheduled time on the day, we adhere to the process of GD & PI as guided by the volunteers. Merit list display dates were announced on the day of GD & PI. One can come to college to physically check the list

Faculty

4

The faculty is suitably qualified. Every professor is either a Ph.D in the subject or has more than 20+ years of experience in the related subject after post graduation. The faculty is approachable and helpful in areas of help for the students. Also, they make sure we can be a part of live seminars by people in the pharmaceutical industry. Helping students write papers is also where the professors extend their help.

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.
