SIESCOMS was a life-changing experience for me. It helped me transform myself. It made me a better version of myself. Personally, it helped me gain more confidence and overcome my fears. I had stage fright and SIESCOMS gave me an opportunity to overcome this in a better way than I had imagined. Professionally it helped me grow and learn many more things I wasn't even aware of. The faculty plays an important role in transforming you. Giving opportunities in every single path you choose. In SIESCOMS the placement cell will guide you and hold your hand till the time you get placed in your dream company. I have been placed in Ernst and Young which is one of the Big 4 as a consultant. SIESCOMS even during the pandemic did not step back for helping students get placed in their dream companies. It was a privilege to be an MBA student in SIESCOMS.

I always wanted to choose MBA as it would transform me completely. The faculties at SIESCOMS are at their best while teaching. Almost every faculty is a PhD. And their teachings were to the point. Exams were taken on time.

College does offer summer internships. Students are allowed to look for internships from their sources outside college as well. There are many projects which are given to the students throughout the year.

Right from the start of the third-semester students become eligible to sit for placements. Many companies visit the campus for placements. A few of them are Deloitte, EY, SBI, HDFC, Kotak, ICICI, GEP etc. The Highest package offered so far is 10 L and the average is 6-7 lacs p.a Students get 100% placed and the placement cell assures the same. My plans after getting the degree from this college would be to make sure I live up to the expectations of the company I've been placed in based on my learnings from the college.

Fees are at an affordable rate and the college does provide scholarships to deserving students. The placement cell will never leave your hand until you get placed. Overall it's affordable to every student.

The annual fest is named Virtualities which takes place in the college. It is conducted in February. All the students of the college come together for this fest and participate in various competitions. There is a wide variety of books available in the library and students who like to read do find the books of their interest. All the amenities which are required in the classrooms are provided. There is also a sports day that is conducted and many extracurricular activities take place throughout the year. Also, many student committees are formed, there is a music club and everything is run by the students.

The topic for my GD was related to corruption. We had a healthy discussion and the process was managed very carefully. The GD round and the interview both were taken place during the admission process. I was reading all the general knowledge questions and got myself ready for it
