Course Curriculum Overview

I chose the course because of my interest. Every faculty is a doctorate. Girls: boys ratio is almost 1:1.5. Faculties are good and supportive. You have to work hard to pass the exams.

Class Size: 500Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Placement Experience

The placements are good. The average package for Cse is 8 lakh per annual. You have to work hard to grab dream and super dream offers as the crowd is more in VIT.

Fees and Financial Aid

VIT has 5 categories which will be granted according to your viteee rank, my rank was 40k and I cannot get VIT V and VIT V in Category 1 but I was eligible for VIT B. Microsoft, jp Morgan, TCS, and Accenture are the top recruiters.

Campus Life

The annual feast is known as Advitya which is good and you will definitely enjoy Advitya. It happens during Feb. month 3 days techno-cultural fest will be organized. The library is good. There are a lot of clubs.

Hostel Facilities

Hostels are A grade in vit you will find every facility in the hostel. Mess is also good Biryani is the best part of the mess. 4 times food will be provided The locality is not good

Hostel Fee: INR 133000 per year

Admission

+2 should be in the science stream with 60% marks in all subjects. The application form will be available on the VIT official website. No reservations. The admission process is smooth. You will not face any kind of problem during admission.

so in our college 1st year we have 2 semesters and n 2nd year we have 3 semesters and in 3rd year we have 3 semesters so 8 semesters already get completed and students are eligible to sit in placement from 3rd year . You can get internships in 3rd year as well if you have good grades and you are ready to grind . Talking about companies that visit for placements are Delloite , JP morgan Palo alto, De shaw and Co. My plan is to just have good gpa and get job asap

Placement Experience:

You become eligible to sit for placements in 7th semester , that is , in your 4th year. There are companies like Google, Amazon, Deloitte, Accenture, Axxela, American Express, BNY Melon, Adobe , Goldman Sachs, Samsung, Optum, Oracle, etc. But in other IITs which are also 2nd generation, more companies (around 50) comes for on campus placements . The highest pay is mostly for Software development and Quant roles. Last year it was around 1 Cr per annum of a Computer Science student which is really great. And the average package was around 25-26 Lakhs per annum. Last year , around 88% of all students including B.tech and M.tech got placed with decent salary.

Life at MITS , Gwalior

Placement Experience:

other college i applied were vssut , jaypee noida , cutr, silicon but i choose vit bhopal because i wanted to study outside my state and bhopal was closer . So admission process is you have to give an exam called vitee and to get in to vit bhopal in category you gotta have rank under 45K to study in cse core branch and for AIML branch you need rank under 55K and for studying in Cyber security and cloud computing it should be under 70K . if you get anything above 70k its hard to land in a good cse branch under category 1 fees....Read More
