My college Experience

I choose this course because I have an interest in computers. The faculty to students ratio is good 100:1. Faculties are mostly highly qualified & experienced (generally all PhD from some top iit). Teaching is good. The exam is not that tough to pass. They generally pass the students.

I have 2 offers from companies. I don't want to sit in placements as I want to go for the government sector. But it's okay I sit for the experience. Projects are chill here just copy and show. Everybody copies what their seniors have done.

In 5th sem companies come for internships. 30 % of students get an internship at that time. Then in the 7th sem placement starts & some people already get PPO. The placements are quite good here. Anybody can get a minimum 12 lpa offer in CSE. The placement percentage is 100%. The highest offer is 80LPA by Atlassian in 2023. And the lowest is 10 LPA. The median is above 15 LPA(this year's low because of the recession)

As it's an NIT so one can get fee remission if his/her family income is less. There are also scholarships for SC/ST students. The placements are quite good here as mostly all companies visited our college. CSE & ECE generally got fully placed within 3 months from starting of placements. And electrical also mostly

The annual cultural fest is Culfest, the sports fest is Urja & technical fest is Ojass. Books are available in the library. Timings are also good if someone wants to study in the library. For sports, there is a big ground & full facilities available. There are also more than 100 clubs in college to participate.

For boys , there is single room from 2 nd year & double sharing for 1 st year . For girls it is double sharing from 2 nd year & triple sharing for 1 st year. Food is hygenic & good as the mess people eat that food which they give us . Locality is also good if someone wants to live in PG . Market is available 3-4 km.

We get into this college using Jee Mains rank. The cutoff for general, not home state & male candidates is 10000. Once you get this college in your rounds, then you can do registration whose date will be told
