Faculty is good as they all are well trained & Masters in there subjects
Labs are well equipped & have advanced equipment
Industrial training is provided in the industry & by the industry people

Dislikes

No campus life as burden of classes & assignment is there
Every month there are sessionals you didn't get time for extra curricular activities
Placements for the electrical students are very poor no major company comes

Course Curriculum Overview

Electrical engineering is a core branch & nowadays it's in demand due to high demand for electrical vehicles & renewable energy. All the faculty members are PhD holders & teaching methods are very advanced with advanced labs & workshops. Industrial training is also provided. 3 sessionals were there i.e. one exam for all subjects every month. Difficulty level is moderate.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 75000 per year

Internships Opportunities

You can get internships in various electrical industries. Major roles are offered in designing and costing departments. The stipend provided by the companies maximum of 10k but the majority of the students does internship without any stipend

Placement Experience

From 7 semesters students can sit for placements. There are several companies visited for the campus drive but majorly are from the IT sector. For electrical no, the such major company is there. The average package is 2.5 lakhs & around 40% of students get placed in Electrical. You can opt for higher education such as MBA or M.Tech

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is very economical compared to other universities across India. No hidden or extra cost is there. There are different scholarships for the students provided by University as well as they help you get scholarships from other schemes also by the government or private sector. The average package is 2.5lakh

Campus Life

Campus life is not that fun for B.tech students. There's one annual fest called ELEMENTS CULMYCA held in the month of March or April. Various technical fest also happened but were not fixed. All the major books you needed are available in the library no need to buy books. Smart classrooms are there & advanced labs are also there.

Admission

Admission is done on the bases of JEE Mains after the mains you can opt for this University in your counselling. You need to secure less than 70k AIR to get admission to this University. In offline counselling, you can get Electrical up to 1 lakh AIR.

My admission process was smooth and I didn't face any difficulty in that. I gave an exam JEE MAINS and on basis of ranks I got YMCA and my desired field that is Computer Engineering with specialization in data science. Application forms and date of admission and other necessary information is given on the website timely. The eligibility of our college is having to jee rank along with 75% in boards. Then we have to register in HSTES counseling which is for Haryana's' govt colleges and then maintain the priority list of branches and colleges in sequence. Reservation helps a lot in the first two counseling rounds but the third and fourth counseling rounds are open counseling rounds for the left seats. For btech , one need to first clear the jee mains entrance examination, after clearing for counselling process you need to participate in HSTES counseling.
