Course Curriculum Overview
I have chosen BTech. Course in the civil engineering department. Because I am a diploma holder. Qualifications of faculties are not very high, all are B. Tech holders and some are MTech. Holder and very few faculties have Ph.D. qualifications. So many faculties are previously a student of this college and later became professors in this college. There were two internal exams are conducted each semester in which the best of the two internal exams can be considered. Internal exams are not very tough to pass.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees of this college are not very high. It's approx 35k per semester in B.Tech. Scholarships are provided by the government of Jharkhand through Ekalyan for backward casts and students coming from lower-income groups. Campus placements are not good in this college very few companies are coming and provide a very low yearly package.
Campus Life
The annual fest name is Esperanza which is held in the month of May. Yes, there is good availability of books and journals in the library. Sports and extracurricular activities are also done but not very well. All classes have their own students group run by students.
Admission
The admission process is very easy, You can go through direct admission. I have taken admission direct from management quota in B.Tech in civil engineering. If you have a good percentage in intermediate or in diploma then you can avail of a discount on semester fees. There was not any type of cutoff mandatory to take admission. All students are able to take admission after the intermediate or diploma.
