Course Curriculum Overview

4

The faculty members were excellent for the most part, although there were a few with extremely weak communication skills who had to be changed after they were reviewed by the class. There was a 30:1 student-faculty ratio and the teachers were very approachable.

Internships Opportunities

3

I landed an internship with a company called Kingsman via the college in the role of sales executive, but I was not able to complete it because I was simultaneously studying for my CMA examinations. It's important to mention there were a lot of MLMs that had come for placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees were collected timely and I was given a scholarship (a discount on my fees) based on my strong academic history before joining the college. You can see a breakdown of the fees on the official Jain website.

Campus Life

4

The annual fest at Jain University was called Pulse and was conducted in January. There is a vast and functional library, and the classrooms are also big and spacious. There is a very lively sports culture on the campus and there are notable sports alumni from the college. Samashti is the student council of Jain University.

Admission

I took the JET exam. The application form and dates were available online. I don't think the exam held a lot of weight in my case and my admission was primarily based on my profile (my 10th and 12th scores).

Interview Experience

4

Yes, there was a simple GD about whether or not Western culture is a boon to developing countries. There was also a personal interview where they asked for very basic details about my resume and background.
