Course Curriculum Overview
Faculties are well qualified and experienced in Jabalpur engineering College most of them have done their mtech from nits and classes are equipped with the smart board for a better learning experience but the teaching method is old. exams are very tough here you have to study hard to pass the semester exams but at the same time, you get a lot of free time to explore more skills and prepare for competitive examinations like a gate.
Internships Opportunities
There is no internship provided by the college, students have to do internships on their own. So most of the students learn skills on their own. and then apply for the internship program these internships are basically free and they do not get any stipend for that.
Placement Experience
Placement in college generally comes after 6th sem companies like TCS, Wipro, byjus, cognizant,tech Mahindra comes for placement in college highest package offered this year is 18 lakh whereas average package is 5 to 6 lakhs per annum nearly 65 percent of students gets placed in college this year which is quite good. My plan after graduation is to prepare for the gate exam as I want to pursue higher studies.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees are the main plus point of college its fees is around 24000 you can easily complete your engineering in 96000 which is a fee of only one. semester in private colleges it is one of the most affordable colleges for engineering in India. students also get a scholarship like medhavi chatra yojana which is given to residents of Madhya Pradesh. sc /St students also get a scholarship of around 25000 a year. Mtech students in this.college gets stipend of 12500 rupees monthly.
Campus Life
Annual fest: Aavahan in April month, Malahar in March month, tech fest in December, Jabalpur Engineering College has got a very big library where you can find most of the books for the semester and higher studies Sports fest is conducted by the college in April month where sports like kabaddi, cricket, football, badminton are played along with it various seminars and quizzes are also organized by college.
Admission
Admission is done on basis of jee mains percentile one should have to give jee mains after the 12th class to get admission in the college, after giving jee mains exam. Students have to fill mpdte an online counseling form. Application fees are around 1500rs and counseling is done after 1 month of jee mains exam.
