The honest review about SSIT.

I was passionate about Electrical Engineering since the beginning so opted for this course. The curriculum of SSIT pays a lot of importance to activity ways to learn. At the same time, The faculties guide each student and encourage them to think and become Creative as well as innovative. The teaching method is so good. they teach very well and concentrate on each student while they're explaining any concept. All teachers hold Ph.D. degrees. The term exams are not so difficult if you study well at least 1 day before the exam. It is easy to get passing marks if you give your time to study a day before the exam.

The fee for the year is 1,00,000 which is pretty good as it is. The university also provides scholarships to students who attain divisions. A few jobs are also there for students like to reach the juniors and to assist the juniors which they'll be paid monthly. The campus jobs are pretty good. Students are eligible for campus placements after their fourth semester. Various companies like KPMG, Accenture, TCS, Byjus, Infosys, Wipro, Mindtree, etc. visit for the campus selections. The overall college is good with good placements in reputed companies.

The college is overall famous for its fests. The technical and cultural fests of SSIT roar over all the colleges. The college cultural and technical fests are just awesome. Everyone talks about the fests of SSIT. Fests take place in all the semesters and there are a lot of fests that take place. Library: The library is the main attraction of this SSIT college. Its infrastructure is different from others it is so beautifully designed. One can get any kind of book in the library of SSIT. The classrooms are spacious, The Wi-Fi is available all the time. The regular extracurricular activities for students. The college campus organizes many sports and games events during the academic year where University team selections take place. The college has 3 cultural teams for extracurricular activities like dance, singing, Fashion shows, etc. and it roars every year for the championship in the Kalotsava which is a big festival of SSIT. The social group for blood donations is included & websites are there.

I took admission through Management Quota. The eligibility criteria were 60% and above for the course, The application form will be provided in the admission cell in the admin block and there will be no application fees. I have not availed of any reservation benefits as I'm from the General category but there are more benefits available for the other category students who can avail reservation benefits. My admission process was overall smooth and I didn't face any problems during my admission so I don't guess any improvements I want to see in the Admission process.
