Course Curriculum Overview

4

MBBS is a 5.5-year course including one year of exclusive internship. There will be a total of 19 subjects and all 19 departments will have a minimum of 1 professor, 2 associate professors, 3 assistant professors, tutors, and PGs. As the class is 150, the faculty to students ratio will be less but the faculty are very friendly and will always be ready to help. All the professors, associate professors, and assistant professors will be experienced with a minimum of 4 years in teaching that particular subject and their qualification will be a master's in the subject. We will be having clinical postings in the morning and theory classes in the afternoon with maximum time up to 4:30 pm every day in the week but for Sundays and public holidays. Clinical postings and theory classes will make sure we don't miss out on the practical experience and theoretical relationship between the subjects. There will be 3 internal assessments and a final examination conducted by the University (KNRUHS) every year

Fees and Financial Aid

The tuition fee is 10,000/- per year. As the college has recently turned into a semi-autonomous institute the fee structure may be around 25,000/- per year. Scholarships will be provided either by the central government policies or the state government policies, no particular scholarship exists as such in the college. As the fee is minimum when compared to private medical colleges, financial assistance is not provided by the college, however, we can always go for student loans. During the intern year, the government will pay every intern working in the government hospital a stipend of 23,000/- a month for 12 months. Also, the exposure to patients and clinical knowledge in government hospitals is far more than what we gain in other colleges.

Campus Life

4

Every year fest will be celebrated for a minimum of 7 days with all events and activities, making it the most wonderful time of the year for the students. The campus is located on the hills of mahabubnagar with a lot of greenery around making it a pollution-free area. There is a central library attached to the college, students can borrow books anytime. The lecture galleries are very big to accommodate all the 150 students, with a projector, mic, and soundproof rooms, in addition to it, they are all AC lecture galleries.

Hostel Facilities

5

As it is a newly established college, the hostels are the most attractive thing for students. They are very neat and tidy with attached washrooms for PG students and common washrooms for UG students. Any repair when reported will be immediately done, so there is no issue of delay or difficulty.

Admission

I have taken the NEET exam in the year 2018 and have applied to colleges based on my rank via all India counselling and state counselling process. Eligibility for the MBBS course is securing 95 percentile in the NEET. The dates for counselling and filling web options will be provided by further follow-up. Reservation for OBC, SC, ST, PHC and sports quota is all same concerning other courses. The admission process is quite smooth and simple. If not admitted to the all-India quota, the state quota will be opened further. Hassle-free admission process.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The fact that this course provides you a very dignitorial position in society attracts me the most into it. The financial benefits are also quite impressive. The curriculum extending for 5.5 years provides you all the required knowledge to practice as a general doctor in the country. There is a total of 19 subjects for 4.5 years in total. 1 year rotatory internship in various clinical department in affiliated hospital gives you very good clinical exposure also. The internship here is stipended by ?26000-/- per month. Every year mcc is renewing the syllabus according to to demands of indian medical system. Frequency of exams are quite adjustable upto rth year. 4th year is quite hectic and tiring with syllabus.
