great weather, infrastructure is quite good friendly environment
great view of mussorie from the classroom ,pleasant air
aura ,staff and nearby resturants and picnic spots

Dislikes

no bigger ground for student to play the sports
less spacious congested most of time during the holidays
limited canteen and less parking space, rainy season weather

I have pursued civil engineering from DIT university, the faculty out there are quite good and had sound technical knowledge, examinations are quite on schedule, and papers are set tough to study hard for it.

Fees and Financial Aid

The cost of academic tuition fees rises each year and you can get a scholarship if you achieve 1st, 2nd, and 3rd rank, the placement opportunities arrives, be prepared for it, they do provide aptitude session but special efforts from your side to crack an interview is needed.

Campus Life

The campus is quite good and rests at the foothills of the Mussoorie, the weather is quite good, in each session 2 fests are organized, one cultural named Youthopia and other technical Sphurti, there are various clubs for each branch and stream and classes are quite good.

Admission

We can apply for counseling by going through their website/on-site registration can also be done, and we can attend the counseling, the cutoff for the application process is 60%, and special benefits for state domicile on providing domicile certificate on fees.

GEHU is Greatest!

Placement Experience:

Oracle has been the biggest find of GEHU as before GEU, they hire students of our college. The reason is that we have given 20+ students to Oracle so far and they all have been doing well there. So almunus of our college has made our placements stronger by bringing the same companies to our campus for placements year after year.

GEU is a top unit!

Placement Experience:

In GEU, placements are good and this was the main reason I took admission here. Companies visits here from Hyderabad offices and even Pune offices who doesn't just gives us jobs but intenrships opportunities too. Around 20% of the students even get PPO as our college teaching and training is such that getting job here is a cakewalk.

The feeling of being in IIT Roorkee

Placement Experience:

Placements are good as you all know its IIT. The avg package of all branches is still around 20 LPA . For CS its around 35-40 LPA. And for all other branches its greater than 15 LPA. Im a first year student so i have not seated in placement but there are so many companies that visit iit roorkee for placements, like google,microsoft, ibm, oracle, etc Highest package secured by a student this year is 1.5 crore. Nearly 95 percent of students get placed every year for sure. My plans after degree is to get placed and do my job.

You can get various scholarships on the basis of your percentile in jee mains and your 12th percentage. It's around 100 percent for 90+ percentile in jee mains and 100 percent for 95+ in PCM in 12th.
