Entrance Preview

I have took TSEAMCET entrance exam to be in this college . As my Higher secondary examination score was pretty well. So I have to go with entrance exam in which I scored good percentile. At that time was ranked 1st among all the colleges followed by other college.

Placement Experience

Companies like Webspider visit campus for placements if they have vacancies and the package they offer is also pretty good(8.6 LPA approx). Other companies like Repro India also open for placements.Anyhow, placements and job opportunities in core profile are less compared to other profiles.

Campus Life

Campus life in KU is awesome, students come from almost all parts of the country. Gender ratio is also good,number of female students is increasing year by year. There are also many extra curricular and co-curricular clubs, in which students can join and contribute to the ongoing projects or start a new project.

Alumni/Alumna

As KU is one of the top colleges in India, it's alumni network is large. We had an interaction with our alumni organised by our seniors, which will be very helpful for final year and pre-final year students.There is also a club dedicated solely for alumni networks.

Faculty

Faculty here in KU are of course greatly qualified. In their respective department. few faculty members are not highly qualified.Few courses are taken by temporary faculty, some of them have poor knowledge,communicative skills and are not at all interested to teach.

Course Curriculum Overview:

We have many laboratories for practical knowledge. And also they providing other practical labs for us from other course related. They have installed a seperate computer lab or other elective labs for different branches. And also provide different assistants for every laboratories. They teach us well . Make us to make connections as per the circuit provided. They also teach us how they came into work in the real time life. Mainly they teach us how they are applicable to our real life. And also they preserve the projects and make juniors motivate and make them to learn.

I am planning to pursue masters after my degree completion over here. The highest package as per my knowledge is nearly 19 lakh. Most of the students are assured to get placed in bulk.

My view of Kmit

Placement Experience:

from 3 year 2 semester onwards the students can attend to placements without any active backlogs. The campies visited are drawin box,service now, real page,epam etc. the highest package is 44 lpa and average is 5 lpa. 45 per students have placed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually my father was private employee from electrical background so that i choose the Electrical and Electronics branch. So this branch was learned me technically a lot. The course was very difficult but need a guts to chase this.Here practical knowledge also very important from basics and need teaching very neatly to explain such hard topics like mechanism and electronics too.We wrote our exam into twice at 6months by dividing 1-1 and 1-2 etc.The exam time was 3 hours its a sufficient time to write a student with focus and knowledge on topics.

I only applied for 2 colleges this and KITSW. I couldnot get into the other college due to my EAPCET marks. I would I say I did not study for the exam a little bit more hardwork would've gotten me into that college. The admission process for my college is simple. You fill an online form before actually going to register yourself in the college. Everyone within the state is eligible to enter this college but you can apply only through EAPCET.
