Course Curriculum Overview

You can get admission to the government engineering college -Rajkot by giving gujcet exam(it is taken by the Gujarat government)in which 40% weightage of gujcet and 60% consider the board exam This admission process is only available online mode, you just search the ACPC website on google and feel the form on that website As well as you easily pass the exam

Class Size: 90Course Fees: INR 1500 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

As I already told it's a government college, so there is no fee hike. Fees structure: for boys 1500 per year For girls free. If you want a scholarship then you can apply for the digital gujarat scholarship which is available for every cast student So stipend available only on internship

Campus Life

The annual fest is not happening in college. But tech fest happens. Many books are available there are more than 9000 books in the library you can get national or international authors' books. Every year in march sports week. in which cricket, volleyball, basketball, and other sports are played. Gec rajkot website is run by alumini student. Ok website not too good

Admission

The course curriculum is too good and faculty members are so humble and calm, they give instant responses to your doubts. I choose mechanical engineering because one of the reasons is my interest, I love machines, how they work, etc. And 2nd reason is Rajkot city is the hub of mechanical engineering in Gujarat so you got easily job. Especially in mechanical engineering, there are 90 seats available and all are filled. The student ratio in mechanical engineering is almost 100% boys. Teaching is so nice, and also every lab is available with the latest machine and other equipment so that you can also learn with a practical approach. The exam is not too difficult

LIfe and Learning at PDEU

Placement Experience:

At PDEU, students become eligible after the 7th semester for the campus placements . Many top companies like IBM, Cognizant, JP Morgan Chase &Co. , TCS and many more. the highest package that went in my batch was 13-20 LPA whereas the average package is 7-8 LPA as per the company and profiles. Mostly 80-85%of the students got placed every year. Some students also goes for the higher studies or for their family bussiness.My plan after getting the degree is to join a AI/IoT company at better package.

College from my perspective

Placement Experience:

My college provide internship and placement from 3rd year of course and student must not have any pending backlog in placement cell. There is many company come for recruitment if i give some name is torrent power, TCS, E infochips, adani power many. The student get highest package is around 20 LPA and the avg package is around 3 4 lpa and around 70 to 80 percent student got placed every year. Opportunity available in college and lifestyle

GEC Rajkot is one of the best college for electrical branch according to my renk. GEC Rajkot placement is also good. My admission process is as per acpc rank.
