Course Curriculum Overview

I have an interest in engineering so I applied for this college and got the E&CE branch. There is 1 faculty for nearly 70 students for 1 subject. Btw teachers are very skilled and experienced. But, you have to study a little harder as compared to other superior colleges.

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 320000 per year

Internships Opportunities

As I am a second-year student I don't know much about internship opportunities, but as far as I know, there is not that much scope for an internship, as it comes under the delhi NCR region you can easily get an internship outside the campus.

Placement Experience

At the start of 4th-year various companies such as Samsung, Yamaha, and cognizant started visiting the campus for placements although quite some students got internships before that, nearly 90 per cent of students got placed last to last year. The highest package was nearly 29lpa.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for the course are fair as compared to other superior colleges because this is also a well-known government college. Also, there are several opportunities for scholarships for needy or worthy students.

Campus Life

Overall the campus of this college is very very short as the college started various other courses other than btech. There is 1 annual fest which is not been conducted for the past 3 years. But I must add that various clubs and societies are the main reason for balanced and great college life.

Admission

If you are willing to take admitted to this college you have to clear JEE MAIN exam conducted by NTA. Then you have to apply for Haryana college counselling, there are several quotas based on your category depending upon you.

My admission process was smooth and I didn't face any difficulty in that. I gave an exam JEE MAINS and on basis of ranks I got YMCA and my desired field that is Computer Engineering with specialization in data science. Application forms and date of admission and other necessary information is given on the website timely. The eligibility of our college is having to jee rank along with 75% in boards. Then we have to register in HSTES counseling which is for Haryana's' govt colleges and then maintain the priority list of branches and colleges in sequence. Reservation helps a lot in the first two counseling rounds but the third and fourth counseling rounds are open counseling rounds for the left seats. For btech , one need to first clear the jee mains entrance examination, after clearing for counselling process you need to participate in HSTES counseling. You can visit HSTES website and fill the application form there itself and apply for different colleges and branches and will be sorted as per your rank n given schedule on that website itself again .
