Location is a downvote as it is far from main Jodhpur city.

Course Curriculum Overview

The Course Curriculum for the Artificial Intelligence and Data Science course at IIT Jodhpur is excellent both in terms of academia and industry and consists of almost all the relevant AI and DS topics that are used in practice. Faculty members are also highly talented and competent and encourage the students to pursue practical projects.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 250000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is similar to other IITs with the semester fee being about 120000 and the mess fee being about 20000 per semester. There are various scholarships and financial assistance available for deserving candidates information about which can be availed at the institute website.

Campus Life

Life at Campus is pretty exciting, There are Social Clubs available for any activity you might think with a dedicated student body. Also, there are various annual fests like ignus, Prometeo, Spandan, and varchas.

Admission

The Admission Process for any IIT is qualifying JEE Mains and Advanced, The Cutoff for the course (B.Tech in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science) at IIT Jodhpur is around AIR 3500 for the general category.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The Btech Curriculum was selected by UGC . We do have some other couces as well but that kind of waste of money only. The core faculty was good but the extra cources faculty was not so good. Overall the Curriculum was good.

Placement Experience:

Placements in my college are average but improving. Students become eligible for campus placements from 7th semester. A few companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture (off-campus support), Capgemini, and some local Jaipur-based IT firms visit the campus. Most offers are for software trainee, support, testing, or analyst roles. The average package is around 3–4 LPA, while the highest package goes up to 8–10 LPA (mostly off-campus or through exceptional performance). Around 60–70% students get placed through campus or combined on/off-campus efforts.

My honest college review

Placement Experience:

In my college there are very good placement chances if you score good marks and be a good student there and we can get an average package of 4 to 5 lakhs per annum and if we are better than if you are very good student we can also get more than 10 lakhs per annum it all depends on us because we have to study and we have to take out chances but if I don't get any employment from there I will start doing it off campus and will do my own business or something like that but I will definitely try hard to get a placement from this college because it is very good and I want to get I am job from this college to start my life of making money

After 5th semester students are eligible for campus placement Almost around 50 companies visited the campus the college didn't declared how many offers are made the highest package is 10.5 lakh and average 4 lakh the most of the fourth year student didn't apply for campus placement they plan to go off campus around 75% of who applied for campus placement were placed I planned to get a job after degree

The placement is average and college provide placement in third year. All who are in good cgpa and eligible for placement. There was many componies visited last year. Some of them was TCS, Infosys, Celebal technologies, and other local technical componies which is jaipur based. Highest package was about 13 LPA and average is about 6 LPA. Eligible student are can take part in placement and percentage is about 80 percent who are eligible. I will try to take good internship and placement during degree and then i will make my own start up

Placement Experience:

From 7 semester, students eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies visited every year like Goldman Sachs, bajaj, texas, code shows, Flipkart, Deloitte etc. Highest package - 38 lakhs. Average package - 6 lakhs. 80% of students got placed from Mnit Jaipur.

My college life

I choose this college since this is most reputated college in india and IIT is dream of many students in india. I tried to many iits which are better than this but my jee advanced rank made me to come here this is the best affordable college for my rank in the jee advanced 2025 exam. The admission fees after getting admission is 3800 rupees. The cutoff of 2025 for my year is approximately 9000-9400 in all india. Iam proud to being an IITian.
