Remarks

I cleared jee main exam in 2021 then I filled out the aktu counseling form and then waited for the merit list after doing some changes in the form in the second round of counseling I got the college and I reported to college on 30 October.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose the mechanical engineering branch because I was quite interested in working on machines and talking about the faculty and student then it's quite fine here and exams are conducted after 4 to 5 months regularly and it's easy to clear the semester exam.

Internships Opportunities

The internship in our college is very poor as hardly a student gets an internship and if we talk about core branches like ME, EE, ECE, EEE, and CE then it's ain't good at all although CS&IT students somehow manage to get placement.

Placement Experience

From 6 semesters the student here are eligible for the placement and talking about the ME branch the average placement is around 3.7 LPA and the highest is 6.7 LPA. Companies like Samsung heavy industries give good offers.

Fees and Financial Aid

The annual fee of the course I have to opt in my college is 119000 rs but I got admission to this college through a fee waiver for which a different merit list of 6 students is taken out according to their jee main percentile in aktu.

Campus Life

The annual fest of jssate noida is Zealicon and it is conducted in April every month. Talking about the library and classroom then it's quite fine here. Sports and other curricular activities are also held including recruiting members of society.

The placements here are quite good. Companies that hire for Electrical core: Nvidia, Texas Instruments, Qualcomm, Bajaj etc. Software/Quant compaines open to Electrical: Squarepoint Capital, NK Securities, Google, Microsoft etc. The % of students getting placed are 85%. Average package is 29.33 lpa. I have got an internship in Nvidia Software.

HBTU review from a Ist year student.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is very good in this college. In my own CSE branch there is good placement package you can get. But in this year due to recession the placements is less in IT section but still placement is going on and top package has crossed 35LPA. During previous years top package was around 44LPA and average was 10-12 LPA . Also in other branches like Chemical engineering and mechanical engineering, the placement is at its best of 100% always.

Brutal and honest review of jss college

Talking about fees it is much less than other collges and placement is also goood and hostel food and timing is really good compared to other colleges.
