Course Curriculum Overview

The faculties were more helpful and understood the students well. Their teaching was good. The practical classes were decent. I gained experience during my final year mini-project. One has to attend the CAT exam, model, and then semester. The teachers provided notes and study material and book references.

Class Size: 54Course Fees: INR 20000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The cost of the course is 20000 Rs per semester which is a lot less than many colleges, and it is more affordable for many students. I never had any scholarship so honestly, I have no idea about it. Campus interviews took place in college and few students got placed. College arranged soft skill training classes for final-year students.

Campus Life

Apart from the cultural events (Nakshatra) which last about 2-3 days, there are also many events hosted by various departments throughout the year. Each year the college host a sports festival where competitive sports like football, cricket, throwball, shuttle, basketball, etc. are held. There is a pretty good library that has most of the books and a digital library.

Hostel Facilities

There is an A/C hostel and a normal one. I stayed in the normal hostel. 4 girls in a room. The meal was average, they had laundry service but had to pay separately. The hostel was fun, they even conducted Hostel day back in 2020 before the lockdown.

Hostel Fee: INR 85000 per year

Admission

There is no entrance exam, eligibility for the course is 12th pass in the science field. The minimum cutoff is above 50% of any board. The admission takes place in the main office, where a professor from the field explains and reviews the details.

Good Learning Environment But need more Facilities

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose bsc computer science because I'm interested in IT jobs and want become a developer. The syllabus is useful for real world learning and it covers important basics. i found subjects like c programming very helpful for understanding core concepts. the curriculum is decent but it needs more practical sessions and better lab facilities. the software and systems in the lab should also be updated. we follow a semester system, and the exams test both theory and practical knowledge. overall the course is good, but more hands on training would make it even better.

Never go behind the hype giving by agencies

The outer syllubus of curiculam is good , but th ecore is very few, and the real time parctical knowledge is very week as compareed with the hype t. From semester 5 the students will be eligible for the placements .there is no particular placement classes for the students.Students have to separately prepare for it by their own.By naan mudhalvan scheme many companies have visited our college but most of them are the start up companies and average package will be 2 LPA And 3LPA will be the highest package.Many students got placed from many departments like40%.
