Course Curriculum Overview
I didn't choose this course due to my interest. It was completely based on my rank in JEE Mains. Faculty to student ratio is moderate so that you can manage your studies by clarifying your doubts as they will be available to you every time.
Internships Opportunities
Most software companies do participate in the placement committee and provide many jobs offers to many students based on their skills. Many internships were also allotted to the students by their respective training committees in the 3rd year of their graduation.
Placement Experience
Placements generally do occur in the 7th semester and as you can see in the previous year's trends, we can conclude that there is a high chance of getting placed once you enter this campus and all you need for better placement is the relevant skills.
Fees and Financial Aid
The cost of the study is a bit low compared to the other top private universities and many students get scholarships also. The financial assistance is all about the internships and the future guidelines which are provided by our experienced professors.
Campus Life
There are mainly three fests in the NIT Rourkela so that you can improve your skill in your particular area of interest. A library is a place where you get all the books related to your studies and you can also find some story books. Different games are played on campus.
Admission
The admission process was quite easy and the josaa helpdesk also helped me with the admission process. As I am from the general category I don't avail of any reservation benefits. I found the application form and fees on the main website of NIT Rourkela.
