Course Curriculum Overview

Mechanical engineering is my passion, it like a can discuss a whole day it that's why choose this course. And the faculties are like your friends there are explain everything just u ask them one, they will love to solve your problems. And about the education, it's very good and some faculties are dr. Also, there are just good no remarks on them

I don't get any placements from college but I recommend from the person of us many of my friends get placed in companies like jsw, Infosys, Tata, Tech Mahindra, and many it companies good companies. most of the students get placed in our college 100 to 89 % of students get placed

Fees and Financial Aid

I came from obc 2bg (Muslim) category so I paid 89560 rupees at the time total which is kea govt fees and it is refunded through the Govt scholarships like nsp and ssp. If you came through management quota then u have 3 instalments that u can pay but about the scholarship, there is no chance of getting it

Campus Life

The college has a Library system and it has wifi for students to study well. And classrooms are neat and clean. About college fest, we celebrate the ironica every year welcome parties and fare well party are good and we do cricket tournaments in our college

Hostel Facilities

The college hostel is not good in the rainy season u will see the death nights. But you have pg close to the college it will cost you 1500/month and the mess will cost 5000/month And for two meals per day and it has a wifi

We wrote the kcet exam which is conducted by kea board after that results will come and then the optional entry is there for selecting the college I selected this college for placement offers and then I heard that the faculty is awesome and it is also near to my city I thing that it is a top college in Bellary dist. Which comes under vtu

Placement Experience:

Amazon, Deloitte, Oracle and many tech companies like them are in agreement with our college for placements. Our college has a great placements opportunities as even after so many CSE students, 70% students every year gets placed with packages as high as 30 lakhs even.

students can be eligible for placements from 3rd year only, many companies have visited the college like TATA,Accenture and many other.The highest package for this year is about 19 lakhs , average package is about 3 lakhs,talking about the percentage our college has 77% of the college placements, i am planning to pursue higher education after my graduation

Life at IIT Dharwad - What to expect

Placement Experience:

At IIT Dharwad, students become eligible for campus placements right after their 7th semester(i.e. after the start of 4th year) and during their 3rd year, students also have opportunities to sit for internships which can later convert to PPOs. The companies that have visited our campus are Adobe, Amazon, Texas, TCS, wipro etc. The highest CTC offered was 55LPA and average package for CSE is 18-20LPA, and for the core branches is around 10-15LPA. In CSE more than 93% of the students got placed and many of other students opted for higher studies . In the core branches the placement percentage was around 85-88%. After My degree, I plan to go for a Software Engineer role.

Placement Experience:

We enter the placement at the end of 3rd year almost at 4th year(6th to 7th semester). The placement cell organizes various traning program, including mock interviews, group discussions, and communication skills workshops. Past 3 to 4 years more than 10 companies per year offered hiring 100+ students. But over the year the companies have come down and providing les opportunities. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, etc recruite students from this college. The highest package is 25LPA and the average package is around 6LPA. Due to the increase in the rate of admission, the percentage has been decresed. Almost 25 out of 100 students are getting placed in this college. After getting degree, I will try my level best to get placed in campus itself. If not, I am interested more in Competitive exams, I will focus on it.

The Pros and Cons of being a student at MIT Manipal

Placement Experience:

From the7th sem onwards campus placements are put in place for btech students. Many companies such as microsoft, google, BMW, mercedes, accenture and others look for students here. The top 100 of each branch get the highest packages with the average of that being 22lpa for the cce branch. The rest of the students that are placed have an average salary of 14 lpa. Almost all the students are placed with the placement rate being around 90% for my branch. I plan on working for 2 years after getting placed and then pursuing an MBa degree abroad to further my tenure as a valuable asset to whatever company takes me under their wing.

IIT Dharwad Pros and Cons

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in college . Highest package was 52 lpa in 2024 and average was 9-10 lpa. But the percentage was very less in 2024 because of recession and negligence of placement cell and their bad decisions.
