The perfect review

MBA was the next step in my career growth and what better college than IIM Bodhgaya? The facilities are versatile with ample experience teaching in reputed B Schools. The faculty-teacher ratio is also good and they're an efficient feedback mechanism in place for courses and faculty.

IBY for the role of Business Development offered 3 lakhs stipend. Morgan Stanley provided 2 lakhs stipend for the analyst role. ICICI offered 1.8 lakhs for different roles. Apart from summer internships, many companies provided live project opportunities and part-time internships as well.

For summer placement the process starts from the 1st semester itself, for finals the process starts in the 4th semester. The campus ensures 100% placements with a good median package. The highest package for 21-23 has been 48 lakhs. The prominent recruiters include KPMG, EY, Deloitte, and BNY Mellow ( few among many). The fee is nominal as par with other new IIMs. With every passing year, the campus is adding more amenities hence a gradual fee hike is likely. However, the college provides scholarship opportunities with are means-based ( Income level of parents)

Elegant is our Annual Cultural Fest. Apart from this Youth Entrepreneurship Summit is a flagship event of E-Cell IIM Bodhgaya which includes several competitions from case-based competitions in different domains to start idea pitches and business wars. There is a fully functional library and e-library with all the books of interest and unavailable books are arranged if required on a priority basis. The campus has a food focus towards sports and actively hosts sports events.

Hostels are great with all the amenities from Bedding to lighting, table, chair, air-conditioning, curtains, maintenance and repair services on demand. The mess is also very dynamic with multiple cousins from different parts of the country. The mess fee is also very nominal around 4k-5k.

Eligibility involves clearing the minimum cutoff of the CAT Score (overall + sectional cutoffs). Based on this the college prepares a composite score which includes CAT percentile weightage, Graduation and High school performance weightage, and work experience weightage. The further process follows the Interview round and then the final selection list. The application form is filled with the Application for the CAT examination. Reservations can be availed as per the government guidelines and the cutoffs for overall and sectional cutoffs are lower than general cutoffs for reservation benefits. However, the rest of the processes are similar.
