Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen MBA because I aspire to be an HR manager in a reputed company. The faculty of this university is very nice. Most of the faculties are assistant professors or professors. Most of the teachers have done Ph.D. In this university, exams are conducted twice a year because it has semesters.

Class Size: 55Course Fees: INR 62000 per year

Placement Experience

The placement is also very nice. Various companies like federal Bank, uproar, hike education, etc. come for campus placement. The average salary package they provide is something about 600000 per annum. Those who are in their final year like in the 5th or 6th semester are eligible for campus placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee for MBA is 62000 but if you get a scholarship then you need to pay only 250 rupees and the rest of the fees you need to pay after getting your scholarship. You can avail of various scholarships here like post-metric scholarship, Central sector scholarships, etc.

Campus Life

Every year in November Gour Utsav is conducted and students participate in it actively and they organize their own stalls for various things. All the books related to your subject you can get in the library where you can sit and complete your work over computer or can study there. Various sports at the university level are also conducted.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facility is very nice. Talking about girls hostel there you will be getting a single room for a single person. In the room you will be getting bed, table and chair, rack, stool, fan and tubelight. The quality of the food provided in the hostel is also very nice as compared to the food provided by the private hostels. You will be getting breakfast in the morning, lunch in afternoon, snacks in evening and dinner at night. To apply for the hostel you need to go to the hostel and get the details from there.

Hostel Fee: INR 4800 per year

Admission

Must be graduated in any stream with a minimum of 50% of marks except fine arts. For admission, you need to give cuet exams. You can apply online for the cuet exam and select Dr. Harisingh Gour Central University, Sagar as your preferred University.

The experience with Sage University

Course Curriculum Overview:

The fees structure and placement made me tool admission in this univeresity as in bhopal their are very few good options and Sage is one of them. The curriculum prepares you quit well for real word applications and provides a way for further acadmic pursuits only if you are attentive in the class. I don' think that there is a need for any improvement in teaching area as the teachers are very well qualifield but the only improvement they need is in management. If we talk about frequency of classes then they are quit frequent and timings are also very reasonable.

It was nice to recall whatever experience we had in starting our journey

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester only students are eligible to sit in the campus placement. It was an engineering college therefore multiple companies visited to hire for both engineering and mba students. I got three offer from visited companies . I got two Internship offer and one job offer. 1st offer for Hiteshi Infotech as Business Development Intern , 2nd offer for Study Metro as Marketing Intern. And 3rd my final job offer at Collabera. Generally the highest package goes till 12 LPA. During the tenure more than 300 company visited the college . And every students got the offer. Even the placement also take care about every students. They also make sure that each student much have an offer in their hands. When I completed my studies , I gave many goveronment exam, I did preparation as well but didn't cleared any . Therefore I joined the company where I did the intership.

The placement were average in 2025 in my opinion. The Average was 3-3.5 lpa. Great experience. Decent internship and placement opportunities

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements in the third semester of their college companies start coming for placement since then and the placement is continued till the end of the last semester top recruiters who visit the college for placement are Asian Paints Nestle ICICI Securities ICICI Prudential Amul Trident etc highest package offered to students is 12 lakh per annum and the average package ranges between 4 lakh to 5 lakh per annum almost 80% of students get good placement opportunities by the campus mostly the companies come for marketing or sales role very few companies come for finance and HR role.

PIMR: PG life @ Prestige

Placement Experience:

The placement procedure in PIMR is effective and good. The institute placement cell lays great emphasis on the overall placement process and inviting companies in the college. The students are eligible to sit at placements from 3rd semester. There is rarely any company that visited the institute and haven't made any offer to the students. The highest package offered this year is of 20LPA, with average package being almost 5LPA. Almost 80% of the tsudents were able to secure offer letters at the end of their degree.

A HILL CAMPUS TALE

I've also applied for DAVV through CUET, but missed attending the counselling. The only option left for me is Dr. Harisingh Goour, as it's a central university across India and I reside in my hometown, so I opted for it. Moreover, the choice of course is made due to interest in management. I had also attempted iPMAt INDoE, but the cut-off wasn't clear The admission process is quite stressful as first I've to apply for the respective college website for counseling.
