The curriculum is developed in such as way that it covers all the core subjects such as finance, accounting, management, etc. Along with this, the institute conducts seminars, guest lectures, industry visits and conferences on a regular basis. The faculty of KCC has great knowledge of their respective courses. They encourage the students to excel in the curriculum as well as participate in extra-curricular activities such as debates, fests and other competitions.

The institute and faculties provide assistance to the students in attaining an internship. It's mandatory to enrol in an internship as part of completing their degree. After completing the internship students are supposed to give a presentation on the work they've done in that organization.

Students become eligible for campus placement in their final year. The placement cell conducts multiple drives with the recruiters and works closely with the students. The cell assists the students in enhancing their skills and building the bridge between them and the recruiters. Several leading companies come for placements at KCC including 99 Acres, Aditya Birla, Dharamapl, Shree Ram Group and JK Tyre.

The fees of the institute are comparatively lower compared to other universities. The fees are paid once a year. There are three scholarshi[ps available: Academic, sports and defence. However, the scholarships are applicable only in the first year.

Life at KCC is very happening. The institute celebrates all the festivals with great enthusiasm. Students participate in all the events of the institute, whether it's a festival event, conferences or camps held for a social cause. KCC keeps in mind that practical exposure is equally important as textbook knowledge, therefore seminars, guest lectures and industry visits are conducted regularly. there are multiple societies formed on the basis of the interests of the students, including theatre, sports, technical, photography and many more. The institute offers great resources to the students in terms of modern infrastructure, well-equipped labs, libraries, seminar halls, indoor-outdoor sports area, cafeteria as well as an in-campus hostel. To maintain a level of comfort all the classes of KCC ILHE are equipped with air-conditioners.
