Course Curriculum Overview

Very good college for the placement, at least 80% of the students are placed at an average package in good companies. All the faculties are M.tech or Ph.D. holders from well-known colleges in their streams. The teacher-student ratio is approx 1:10

Internships Opportunities

Internships are not given by the college you have to find them yourself. But the faculties will help you in getting internships if you ask them to help as it is a government college. It is not that difficult.

Placement Experience

As this is a government college it has a good degree value. From the 7th semester, your campus placements start, some of the companies which come for placements are Adobe, Maruti Suzuki, Escorts Kubota, Phillips, etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee for the whole course is around 5 lacs, and all the scholarships which are availed by the central government or the Haryana government are available including some of the private scholarships. The fees have to be paid semester-wise.

Campus Life

The social life on the campus is very nice, the seniors are very humble, and there are too many clubs that you can join according to your interests. There is a basketball court, two volleyball courts, two badminton courts, NCC, etc.

Admission

The entrance exam is JEE Mains, and the application form has to be filled out on the Houses site, the special quota for Haryana residents. And the cutoff rank is approx 125000 for the electrical department. The only drawback is campus is small.

In my College placement are quietly impressive. Placements and interships begins after 6th sem. The college has a dedicated training and placement cell that conducts pre placement training including mock interview , aptitude etc. the average package of my College is around 4 to 5 LPA.

My admission process was smooth and I didn't face any difficulty in that. I gave an exam JEE MAINS and on basis of ranks I got YMCA and my desired field that is Computer Engineering with specialization in data science. Application forms and date of admission and other necessary information is given on the website timely. JC Bose University, YMCA -- best college

The eligibility of our college is having to jee rank along with 75% in boards. Then we have to register in HSTES counseling which is for Haryana's' govt colleges and then maintain the priority list of branches and colleges in sequence. Reservation helps a lot in the first two counseling rounds but the third and fourth counseling rounds are open counseling rounds for the left seats. For btech , one need to first clear the jee mains entrance examination, after clearing for counselling process you need to participate in HSTES counseling. You can visit HSTES website and fill the application form there itself and apply for different colleges and branches and will be sorted as per your rank n given schedule on that website itself again .
