Course Curriculum Overview
As it is a state government college and has good placements, so I choose the IT course in this college. Almost all the faculties members are Ph.D. holders. They have a great experience in teaching. There is about a 15:1 student and teacher ratio. Exams are not too tough. If we study at least a week before the examination then it is quite enough to score well. There are two sessional exams of 15-15 marks each and an end-semester exam.
Internships Opportunities
Uber:-60lpa Cred:-52lpa Goldman Sachs:-18-24lpa Yamaha:-8.6lpa Adobe:-40lpa Samsung:-12lpa Flipkart:-11lpa Hdfc:-5.5lpa Tcs:-8lpa Almost 8cgpa students are allowed in sitting during placements. 6lpa+ is said to be the dream package.
Placement Experience
Placement is very good in my college. This year highest package is 60lpa and the average package is almost 8lpa. Almost 90% of CS/IT branches got placed with a good package. The placement is not too good for civil branch students. But overall it is quite good. My plan after getting a degree is to work in a good product-based company that offers me a good salary.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees are not so very high. It is less than 60000 for a semester. There are many scholarships provided. Like students who got above 8 cgpa are awarded 750rs/month. And the branch toppers are awarded a good amount of money and the batch topper irrespective of the branches are awarded Many more. And girls have many scholarships and prizes in this university.
Campus Life
The only thing which I regretted at starting was its campus which was quite small .but after 2 months it does not affect anyone at all. There are many fests. In December DJ-eve and fresher's parties were organized in which some bands from outside came over. There are many clubs helping students to achieve their goals. A sport club name kavya is also there which promotes playing all kinds of sports. All the club students also go on various trips and IITs for playing and many more presentations.
Admission
I took admission through Hstes counseling which is done based on JEE Mains rank. It provides a B.tech course through JEE Mains. There should be an improvement in the website of steps. It's quite difficult to understand sometimes in the beginning.
Other Applied Colleges
