I have given JEE as a entrance exam.and through cap rounds this college is allotted to me. My marks in IIT-JEE is 72 out of 360.
Course Curriculum Overview
I'm BE mechanical student. As we know mechanical department of the college is best department of every college. For mechanical students there are many subject oriented courses. Baja, supra these are some automobile national events held by the college.
Internships Opportunities
Yes,off course my college provide internship in tech mahindra, kirlosker, atlas capco ,TCS tata,Cummins, accenture.the stipend depends on company I.e.,it varies with company average stipend is of about 7000 rs.
Placement Experience
Placements of the college is not bad I'll say.Accenture, aci,tech mahindra,atlas capco,TCS,wipro,cocnizent.out of 100 students 10-12 students are get placed by placement cell.average pack offered by company is 2-3 lakh per Annam.Acceture offers 2.5 lakhs per Annam. Which is good package for our college
College Events
In our college various events are held but amongst all the main event I.e., Sinhgad Karandak the most awaited festival of the season. It held once per year.all the college across pune took part in this festival and best performances are being awarded.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees structure is affordable for students. Fee structure varies from year to year.for first year fee for 1 student is nearly 93k.and as year changes from 1st to 2nd fee changes from 93k to 90k. It is expensive as compare to other colleges in pune.it is not expensive as per my opinion for 4 year engineering course.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarship is mostly offered by government and very less offered by collages but the one who are SC ST or OBC get the first chance.no scholarship is provided by particular college.
Campus Life
Environment of college campus is extremely good. My campus is eco friendly campus having number of tress. Girl and boys ratio is about 60:100. Event called tectonic under which various workshops sports competition are being held. In sports there are football,cricket,kabbadi,basketball matches under tectonic event.
Hostel Facilities
There are 10-11 hostels in my campus.and facilities given by hostel is very good.first year students are given separate hostel so that they will live there comfortably and make new friends. Ragging is strictly prohibited. I'm in 4th year of engineering but I will prefer hostel instead of any other private residence.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni network is very helpful to level up your confidence. Seniors are also very helpful with juniors.we r also Seniors now and we will like to expand our view towards college to the younger one's.if they ask something to seniors then there is surety that seniors will definitely guide them
Exam Structure
Exams of the colleges are held once or twice a month.I.e., unit test 1- unit test 2. Mock tests for online mqc questions there is practice exams.so overall exams are have good quality. Most of the questions in unit test are repeated in the main university exam so overall exam quality is good.
Admission
First of all I have given entrance examination which is IIT JEE. When results of this exam is out I got to know that I have secured 72 out of 360. Then admission process started. I got know by my older brother that this college is nice. And then I applied for cap rounds and in first cap round only I have selected for this college.
Faculty
Teachers have good knowledge about a particular course.all teacher faculties are post graduated and having good knowledge about it.1 faculty member completed PhD and 7 are currently pursuing. Remaining all the teacher completed their ME in particular course.
