Remarks

In all, college is average but students and atmosphere of the college are quite good. Placements need to be improved in terms of package and availability to students. College should focus more on practical knowledge. Internships should be provided to the students.

Entrance Preview

I have not given any entrance exam. I opted this college according to my research and on my brother's suggestion. Admission process was based through offline. I got direct admission on the basis of 10+2 marks.

Course Curriculum Overview

I love Mathematics, Environmental science, Mechanics and Construction materials in the course curriculum. There should be more focus on practical subjects.

Internships Opportunities

No internship is provided by the college, this is a major drawback of the college. So Internships need to be provided to the students.

Placement Experience

Average package is Rs. 2 to 2.5 lac per annum. Barclays, L&T and many more companies visited for the campus placement.

College Events

FUEL, Sports event, Seminar and many more events are organised in the campus. College fests are only useful for participating students of the college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Tuition fees is Rs. 92k per year and yes, it is affordable.

Yeah, State scholarship is provided here on the basis of 10+2 marks. Education loan is provide to the required students.

I love infrastructure, students and library in the campus. Yes, Colleagues are always ready to help.

Exam Structure

Yes, exams held timely and get result on time but sometimes there are delays. Difficulty level of internal exams is Tough.

Prof. Vivek, Prof. Vidit, Prof. Nilesh and Prof. Tavish Quadri are my favourite faculty members. Some teachers need to have more knowledge about there subjects.

Placement Experience:

The placements here are quite good. Companies that hire for Electrical core: Nvidia, Texas Instruments, Qualcomm, Bajaj etc. Software/Quant compaines open to Electrical: Squarepoint Capital, NK Securities, Google, Microsoft etc. The % of students getting placed are 85%. Average package is 29.33 lpa. I have got an internship in Nvidia Software.

HBTU review from a Ist year student.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is very good in this college. In my own CSE branch there is good placement package you can get. But in this year due to recession the placements is less in IT section but still placement is going on and top package has crossed 35LPA. During previous years top package was around 44LPA and average was 10-12 LPA . Also in other branches like Chemical engineering and mechanical engineering, the placement is at its best of 100% always.
