Remarks

The admission process was smooth. You have to give VITEEE centralized by VIT Vellore. After clearing the exam you will be allotted the college and preference of branch based on category and rank secured.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is designed based on the new environment and current requirements. Every aspect is finely detailed in the course. Faculty are high to an average level. We have FFCs in which you can choose your faculty and slot. All the faculties are doctorate. Exams are term end and mid-terms in every semester with multiple assignment and tutorials which carries internal marking.

Internships Opportunities

Many companies offer an internships. You have to clear multiple rounds and take the offers. Companies like Deloitte, Morgan Stanley, etc. Offer a good stipend. We are provided with an assistant to good projects and help.

Placement Experience

Campus placement is provided. Many companies visit and offer good placement. Placement training is collaborative and rich. The highest package was 30 LPA and an average of 6 LPA. 90 percent of students got a good offers. I will be seating for placement this year.

Fees and Financial Aid

A fee Scholarship is available to deserving students. The campus placement procedure is smooth and coordinated. Many companies visit and smooth the conduction of campus placement.

Campus Life

We have an annual fest Advitya conducted from Feb to March. There are various clubs and societies involved. It is mandatory to be part of two clubs. Every week many events are conducted by different clubs. There are tech fest seminars and many co-curricular activities. Social life is very diverse and engaging. We have clubs like NSS, Cyber club, DSC, Wicys chapter, etc. The facilities are spacious and good. Classrooms are modern, interactive and accommodating.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facility is not that good. But its infrastructure is developing with time. Mess and doctoral facilities are available. mess food is not that good. There are houses and pg available outside the college campus to rent but too far.

After 6th semester you will Elligble for in campus placement and their are many internship and placement providing apps which are connected with our college like Internshala and our college also has own incubation center where students can brings their startup ideas and if they like your startup they will invest on it and student also got chance to get internship on that and got certificate and highest package is of 1.2 cr off campus and Average pacakge is of 5 to 6 lpa and their is basically 85 to 90% placement rate and my plan is to become ai ml engeener and grow in AI area

so in our college 1st year we have 2 semesters and n 2nd year we have 3 semesters and in 3rd year we have 3 semesters so 8 semesters already get completed and students are eligible to sit in placement from 3rd year . You can get internships in 3rd year as well if you have good grades and you are ready to grind . Talking about companies that visit for placements are Delloite , JP morgan Palo alto, De shaw and Co. My plan is to just have good gpa and get job asap

there are not much chances of placement as the student strength has increased drastically, students become eligible for placement from 3rd year, also as per the documentations there are more than 12z companies like hcltech, microsoft etc but not every documentation is correct so the chances of getting placed at campus is significantly low so i am planning to pursue higher studies and opting for gate

Placement Experience:

You become eligible to sit for placements in 7th semester , that is , in your 4th year. There are companies like Google, Amazon, Deloitte, Accenture, Axxela, American Express, BNY Melon, Adobe , Goldman Sachs, Samsung, Optum, Oracle, etc. But in other IITs which are also 2nd generation, more companies (around 50) comes for on campus placements . The highest pay is mostly for Software development and Quant roles. Last year it was around 1 Cr per annum of a Computer Science student which is really great. And the average package was around 25-26 Lakhs per annum. Last year , around 88% of all students including B.tech and M.tech got placed with decent salary.

Life at MITS , Gwalior

Placement Experience:

The Placament in MITS are decent, especially for the computer science and IT branches , with companies like TCS, wipro, infosys visiting regularly. Average packages range from ?3.5 to ? 6 lpa , and some students get higher offer from off campus drives. Overall, the T&P cell of Mits gives every details for the companies coming.

other college i applied were vssut , jaypee noida , cutr, silicon but i choose vit bhopal because i wanted to study outside my state and bhopal was closer . So admission process is you have to give an exam called vitee and to get in to vit bhopal in category you gotta have rank under 45K to study in cse core branch and for AIML branch you need rank under 55K and for studying in Cyber security and cloud computing it should be under 70K . if you get anything above 70k its hard to land in a good cse branch under category 1 fees....Read More
