Remarks

Firstly there was an entrance. The cut-off usually goes around 30 out of 50. Then there was GD which had a weightage of 15% & then there was PI which had a weightage of 10%. The overall experience was quite good.

Course Curriculum Overview

I had an interest in Management. So I chose to opt for MBA In HR. The faculty was Ph.D. & their teaching style was quite good. Exams were held thrice a year. And the passing marks used to be 65 out of 100. Overall I had a good experience at my univ.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 20000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

The fee structure was 45000 per semester. Also, the top ten meritous students were given a scholarship of Rs 2000 per month and a scholarship of Rs 5000 per month to the ICAR students. Our university provided good financial assistance to students.

Campus Life

Our Library named Satynand Stokes Library has the latest technology. Students can issues books without anyone's assistance through the Library cards with QR codes on them. Students of Dr. YS Parmar University actively participate in sports and extracurricular activities.

Placement Experience:

Our college don't provide 100% placements but but at end of the final year many companies come to college and many students get jobs.I don't remember the names of the companies but average salary package was around 25 k per month.

Admission:

The requirements for admission in this programme is graduation from any recognized university with minimum of 50 per cent marks. Fill and submit the online admission form with self attested copies of necessary documents. Excellent and average it depends

Form is available during may to june with exam mostly for ug in between 15 of june to july 1st week of july and for pg mostly between 25 of june to 2nd week of July depending upon the situation. Seats are reserved of outer state candidates or non HP candidates but with only self financing option with 10000 extra fees compared to hp candidate.
