Remarks

overall, My college experience is below my expectation. Library, sports ground, Teaching style should be improved. Hostel should be regularly cleaned and maintained, WiFi also be provided in the hostel.

I didn't give any entrance exam. I opted this college on my parent's and friend's suggestion. Admission process was based through online application form. i got admission through Management quota.

I love Mathematics and Introduction to Fluids & Dynamics in the course curriculum.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, internship is provided to some selected students. Needs to invite some reputed companies.

Placement Experience

Average package is Rs. 2-3 lac per annum. Yes, some Campus Placements are provided but more placement opportunities need to be created fro the students.

Fresher's party and Cultural events are celebrated in the campus. College fests are useful for developing management skills.

Tuition fees is Rs. 1.75 lac per year and hostel fees is Rs. 1.5 lac per year. It is slightly expensive.

The placements here are quite good. Companies that hire for Electrical core: Nvidia, Texas Instruments, Qualcomm, Bajaj etc. Software/Quant compaines open to Electrical: Squarepoint Capital, NK Securities, Google, Microsoft etc. The % of students getting placed are 85%. Average package is 29.33 lpa. I have got an internship in Nvidia Software.

HBTU review from a Ist year student.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is very good in this college. In my own CSE branch there is good placement package you can get. But in this year due to recession the placements is less in IT section but still placement is going on and top package has crossed 35LPA. During previous years top package was around 44LPA and average was 10-12 LPA . Also in other branches like Chemical engineering and mechanical engineering, the placement is at its best of 100% always.
