Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The course which was provided for students will make the students to perform their best in whichever task provided to them. Especially the management was supportive and helped me to do a research in Bangalore slums which was a great learning for the students to understand the society.

Internships Opportunities

Yes they provided the internship courses for the students. the stipend is around 6k per month. And the internship courses is a for period of 2months which helps the students to have great knowledge about the outside market.

Placement Experience

2.5

The number of students who got placed was around 80 to 90 students. And the companies which came was EY, Decathlon , IBM, GT, KPMG, Target, HP, Goldman Sachs packages of each companies differs , the package range was 1.5 to 2.0 Lakhs. During my pass out not many students got placed, it was only 30 percent got placed.

College Events

3.5

We have kalotsav which was event meant only for our college students and other fest was dhwani which was meant even other college students can participate in the fest, And spiel it was sports fest which would happening to our college students. We had food fests and pet shows and many more events.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure was little expensive and fee had pay fee yearly once and fee range differs from 25k to 30k Yearly. And apart from this we have to pay exam fee for every semesters , so this was the fee structure in our college and fee was affordable and they do provide concessions for students from poor back ground

Fees and Financial Aid

The management provide scholarships for students from SC/ST and students who get a got percentage in their end semester examinations. And the college does not provide any loan facility and i have personally not availed any loans from the college.

Campus Life

3.5

The campus life was awesome and we do have elections and select the president of our college and Gender ratio we 60:40 boys and girls ratio which is very good in the college and they encourage people from sports and avail the benefits to the students,And lab facility are good.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

There are no hostel facilities provided by the college, and food quality is good and they provide free food for people from sports and poor back ground , so it was a great facility which the management provided, And each students can enjoy the food.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni students are not that much helpful and network for the alumni is great every students have visit to the college at least yearly once.

Exam Structure

We had a exam of 100 marks and which we 50 would be included has internals in which every month we will have written tests for 10 marks and reaming 30 marks before final exam, so they consolidate all internal marks and final we will have renaming 50 marks exam.

Admission

I got a good percentage in PUC examination and than i tried for st josephs college of commerce . it was not easy to get a seat in the college, once my name was shortlisted , i had a interview with the management and got the admission in st josephs college of commerce.
