Remarks

The college has partnered with a lot of international colleges and shares a lot of useful resources with them. In this way, we are able to get the world class international faculties coming to the college from time to time to teach us few topics of the subjects. This helps in giving the international exposure to the students. A lot of students are sent to the international colleges for the students exchange program.

Entrance Preview

The college accepted students on the basis of merit or entrance exam. I took admission by submitting the entrance score of other college and they accepted it since the score and rank was very good. 50% is needed as minimum marks if you want to get admission through merit, though the competition is very tough and you will need more than 70% marks to be considered for admission.

Campus Life

4

The campus is in Pune and that's the best part. A lot of facilities are provided by the college but the students like to go out on weekends once in a month. The college has offered free shuttle service to the nearby transportation hub so that students can roam the city on their own. A lot of tasty and hygienic food joints are available in the campus as well as nearby the campus and hostels.

Alumni/Alumna

The senior students of the college are very helpful and they inspire us a lot. We have been in touch with few of the alumni and are inspired and motivated seeing their growth and development in the corporate world. We have taken a lot of tips and useful guidance from time to time so that we can avoid certain pitfalls. Its very easy to connect with the alumni through the college website.

Exam Structure

The examination pattern is pretty same every year. But the level of difficulty changes from time to time. A lot of assignments, practicals, projects, internal exams are given to students and all of them contains marks and students are evaluated on their performance in it. 50% of marks are needed to clear a subject and students get plenty of time to prepare for an examination.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Parricularly the modules which focused on animal science & botany, the curriculum was built to learn from basics to the advance level towards research area of biology which impressed me alot. The focus on animal biology, statistics, cell biology & genetics, ecology & wildlife conservation, Immunology & biotechnology leads a foundation to successfully enter the real-world and apply this knowledge for better cause of humans as well as animals. As the therotical teaching method can differ from on-hand experience on field there is a need to improve the course curriculum around this issue. The learning period was designed perfectly in-course of the prepaption time between each test and it wasn't difficult if we are well prepared.

It's average or below average in term of real world experience curriculum there no such thing. Teaching is not bad there are big screen in class to teach from and blackboard. But most students don't know anything about the real world projects and techniques. Syllabus is controlled by mumbai University is too told and does not have any use in real world industries which need to be changed and most important since IT sector is something which advances and changes each year

Course Curriculum Overview:

I\n Chose this course in specific this college.Because first of all , it was afforrable as compared to others institutes.I can say that we weren't getting any experience which can prepare us for the real world experience like we were made to sit in workshops which was not at all connected to our curriculum. And then later on, when we said we don't want to attend it.We were given lame excuses like this will help you. And we will give you certificates for this. And later on , we were given nothing. Course needs a lot of improvement.I guess because they doesn't favor student feedbacks. The exam are typically in june and depends upon ycmou college dosent have any role to it and its not that difficult with basic knowledge you can score well.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course provides an exceptional knowledge of the fundamentals of physics and its application in various fields. The course is designed to prepare the students well. The teaching method is excellent for the teachers to use real-life examples and exciting visuals while teaching. However, the course can be improved by adding some modern physics fields such as astrophysics and quantum mechanics to the curriculum.
