Entrance Preview

Any student from any discipline can apply in this course, but should have studied maths in class 12th. 50% is the minimum percentage required to be able to apply in this course. A lot of students try to get in the college through merit basis. Very few students try to get admission through the entrance exam conducted by the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum is very simple and good. A proper research has been done before creating the curriculum and the college has made sure that all the necessary updates are made in the course. Nothing outdated should be taught to students since that would be of no use in the current modern corporate world. A lot of guest lectures are given in the college to all the students.

Hostel Facilities

4

Being coming from different city had put a lot of pressure on me about the hostel facilities. I have heard a lot of negatives about the hostel life and was pretty scared about it. But the senior students made me feel welcomed and helped me a lot to settle in the college as well as the hostel. It made me feel home and we all used to celebrate festivals and events together. It was like having a family away from home.

Exam Structure

I wasn't a big fan of the college's examination pattern / structure since they had not designed practicals and theory examinations very well. Even the pattern of the exams was uncalled and we had no idea where to study some of the topics. Though if that was the case, the college was not that strict in giving grades but at first, it put a lot of pressure.

Faculty

3.5

A lot of faculties are hired from all parts of the country. You will find a great diversity in faculties as well like that of students. They have been instructed by the college to teach students using modern techniques only and they follow it pretty well. The faculty is very friendly to us and teach us by sharing a lot of examples and real life experiences.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Parricularly the modules which focused on animal science & botany, the curriculum was built to learn from basics to the advance level towards research area of biology which impressed me alot. The focus on animal biology, statistics, cell biology & genetics, ecology & wildlife conservation, Immunology & biotechnology leads a foundation to successfully enter the real-world and apply this knowledge for better cause of humans as well as animals. As the therotical teaching method can differ from on-hand experience on field there is a need to improve the course curriculum around this issue. The learning period was designed perfectly in-course of the prepaption time between each test and it wasn't difficult if we are well prepared.

It's average or below average in term of real world experience curriculum there no such thing. Teaching is not bad there are big screen in class to teach from and blackboard. But most students don't know anything about the real world projects and techniques. Syllabus is controlled by mumbai University is too told and does not have any use in real world industries which need to be changed and most important since IT sector is something which advances and changes each year

Course Curriculum Overview:

I\n Chose this course in specific this college.Because first of all , it was afforrable as compared to others institutes.I can say that we weren't getting any experience which can prepare us for the real world experience like we were made to sit in workshops which was not at all connected to our curriculum. And then later on, when we said we don't want to attend it.We were given lame excuses like this will help you. And we will give you certificates for this. And later on , we were given nothing. Course needs a lot of improvement.I guess because they doesn't favor student feedbacks. The exam are typically in june and depends upon ycmou college dosent have any role to it and its not that difficult with basic knowledge you can score well.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course provides an exceptional knowledge of the fundamentals of physics and its application in various fields. The course is designed to prepare the students well. The teaching method is excellent for the teachers to use real-life examples and exciting visuals while teaching. However, the course can be improved by adding some modern physics fields such as astrophysics and quantum mechanics to the curriculum.
