Course Curriculum Overview
The course provides an exceptional knowledge of the fundamentals of physics and its application in various fields. The course is designed to prepare the students well. The teaching method is excellent for the teachers to use real-life examples and exciting visuals while teaching. However, the course can be improved by adding some modern physics fields such as astrophysics and quantum mechanics to the curriculum.

The course fee for a Bachelor of Science with a major in Physics for one year is 1580 Rupees and there will be a gradual increase per year till the completion of the course. Campus Life
The college carries out cultural fest, youth fest and college fest at a specific date every year. There are around 3000 books in various genres from science fiction to general knowledge in the college library. The college participates in many national and regional sports competitions in various indoor and outdoor games such as chess, carrom, fencing, football, wrestling, weight lifting, powerlifting etc. The college also has a Rotaract club of Vivekanand College which is a student-run social welfare group.
Admission
The eligibility to enter the bachelor's course is based on the percentage acquired by the student in the 12th board exams. The minimum percentage required to get admission is 60%. The admissions are carried out via offline form submissions in the office college on a given date.
Faculty
The faculty-to-student ratio is amazing. Each department has 5-8 teachers who teach all the students at different academic levels. The Physics department faculty is one of the best as they are highly educated and expert in their fields. There are 2 Exams per year and the exams are designed according to the intelligence of the overall students.
