Indian Institute of Cost and Management Studies and Research (IndSearch), Pune was established in 1973 by a group of academicians and management professionals. IndSearch offers Master’s degree courses in Business Administration. These degrees are awarded by the Savitribai Phule Pune University. It is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (A.I.C.T.E) and Government of Maharashtra.
The college has a well-furnished infrastructure and separate accommodations for girls and boys with all modern facilities. The college has a placement cell that provides proper guidance to the students that helps them in their placements. Every year IndSearch produces professionals who can easily adapt themselves to the environment of the organization and also who are dedicated towards organizational growth.

I really admire this college and respects their way its way of catering to quality education in us. In all aspect, the college is actually a good one where we were able to know and understand and even explore the concept of management easily and effectively.

I love this institute, the friendly approach of each and every student, and the understanding faculty really meant a lot to me. As I was an introvert student the belief they had on me and support they showered on me towards changing my personality in a good way was way too good.

Overall all I can say college was good not excellent. But due to less fees pol use to prefer the coffee.
Placement Experience:
In 2010, the focus was more of making students smart, intelligent and self reliant. They also set up a Placement cell, where faculty and students together reached out to companies. A great many placements were driven by alumni and they constantly remained in touch with the college programs.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Back in 2004 it was relevant with the current scenario then. The subjects like Labour laws and HRM had faculties who were from the industry and gave us a deep insight into the practical corporate world.
