Remarks

The admission process is not that sophisticated at all. The admissions are just based on our English language proficiency and average marks in the course you undertook before joining the college. The applications can be sent via the college website and there are management seats for direct admissions but merit seats are filled by the university.

Course Curriculum Overview

Psychology is the study of the human mind and cognition. It's a scientific field and very interesting so our bachelors in. Generally, boys are very few who opt for psychology for their bachelor's. Our faculty members are talented youngsters but they lack experience in teaching.

Class Size: 28Course Fees: INR 17000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

There are campus placements for selected courses like BCA but I believe the college must provide more placement options by tying links with more and more MNCs. The fee is affordable and we get quality education and facilities within an affordable fee range.

Campus Life

We have a large library that is open to all for reading and referring. There are e-books available and resources from the internet can also be accessed. The college holds various clubs which include a dance club, music club, literature club, etc.

Why you should/shouldn't join LISSAH

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is almost best. Curriculum doesn't influenced me in deciding this course. Curriculum should add internships. Currently there is no mandatory internship, if students are interested they can do internship during vacations. As we are learning psychology which need to be practiced in real world settings, curriculum must include real world training to help students understand things more effectively. Currently intervel between exams are non existent. Internal exams, then semester exams, you blink once, next internal exams, followed by semester exams. Syllabus is understandable, can learn if you try. Exams are also manageable. Real world examples and stories can be included in teaching methods, as psychology is related to humans and human interaction, to get better grasp of concepts. Rather than focusing on passing exam, should focus on the concepts and understand them in-depth. There are a lot of theories to study by heart. And there are many repetitive topics that overlap, but in different semesters.

Peekay college, The heaven of studies and programs.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course to help others.social service was the main motive. I'm now persuing post graduation because i got best classes from best teachers. Real world applications are that i can be a good psychologist. The exams are gaped 6 months. Difficulty depends on the teachers who prepare the exam papers. But mainly it is syllabus based.
