Course Curriculum Overview
It's good though a little more focus on the contemporary world and research methodology would have increased the course efficiency and my interest, the electives should be the contemporary world and economic issues instead of algorithms. Research paper and methodology should be a core paper.
Campus Life
Campus life is the best phase, MITID is a forerunner in education, extra curricular, workshops etc. There are a lot of outstation students who give us a pan India feeling and make us familiar to different cultures and ethnicity. There are a lot of active societies in college.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facilities are excellent, the hostel rooms are sharing and the relations we make in hostel are priceless, though the pgs near college are really expensive and some of them are even unsafe, the hostel facilities needs to be increased so that it can accommodate more students
Faculty
They are the best, though at times a teacher has their own specific subject interest areas and focus on them though students might/might not be assessing the subject in that depth. The faculty is enriched with vast subject knowledge and experience of course it helps us.
