Remarks

Must have completed graduation and qualifying exam named hpullb entrance test. One can find the application link and fee details on hpu official website hpuniv.ac.in a reservation is also available for sc/st and obc.

Course Curriculum Overview

My father is a successful advocate and I also want to be a brilliant advocate so here to study law. Our faculty of law is really good with students, they help students in every condition. There is tight competition for seats during the entrance exam.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 10000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is good for Himachal residentials because they need to pay a very less amount as compared to other state students. The environment is full of enjoyment in Shimla. Currently there is no campus recruitment in law.

Campus Life

Our library is one the best library in Himachal Pradesh, Fully campus is wifi equipped and also have the maximum type of books needed to pass various exams. Sports are also available as this is a public university

Interview Experience

In our group discussion there some common questions like what about your future carrier and some other like why u are pursuing law and why you want to study here etc. It's very easy to clear interview round here.

HPNLU'S KNOW HOW

Placement Experience:

The placements are not that good as of now because it is still a new NLU. But after 3-5 year's this thing would also improve as more and more companies would come to the University for placement. My plan after the degree is to join a law firm.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in the final year. Big companies like Godrej, Tata etc come to the campus for placements, usually around March. Packages can go up to 15 lakh or even 20 lakh rupees depending on the firm and the individual. The placement is really good. There is 100% placement for courses like Biotech and MBA. No placement has occurred yet for Law because no badge has graduated as of now. My plans after graduating are to get a lawyer's job at a big corporate firm in the UK.

It is very good college for to study in, faculties are very good, surrounding area of the college is very good. Our new college building is coming up so, the issue of our hostel will also be curbed out, and the new building will be operational from august 2019.

Remarks:

Our college has an amalgation of various positive and negative aspects the positive aspect is that the faculty members are above average and the seniors are very helpful. The negetive aspect is that this university does not have its own hostel infrastructure.

The whole campus life is very beautiful.The building is designed architecturally.All the classrooms are very spacious and air conditioned.There are proper sitting arrangements for students as well as teachers.Classrooms are audio-visual.All the classrooms are provided with air condition and proper lighting and ventilation facility also.I enjoyed my life in this college a lot.

There is no such entrance exam for this university , all that matters is your +2 board marks. The cut-off to this university is relatively higher for OC - it's 98℅, BC - 96℅ , SC-88℅ . I come under BC category and I scored 92.8 ℅to get into this institution.
