I have a strong intrest in physics and want to pursue a higher degree in the field of physics. Faculty-student ratio is 18:1 Most of the professor has a doctorate in their respective fields and young professors have graduated from it. Very few professors have good teaching methods and the rest are boring. In the six months (per semester), you have two exams one is mid sem and the other is end sem. Students have to work hard to pass the examination.

Generally, companies do not offer internships in the college but sometimes professors sent the link to the relevant internship which you can join if you match the required skill. There are not too many internship opportunities available for the physics department in our college.

After completing semester IV all students are eligible for campus placement. Tata consultancy services, Infosys, and Vedanta are the companies that visit in our college for placement. And offers made by them range between 3 lakhs to 5 lakhs. The highest package made by various companies reached 5 lakhs and the average package runs between 3 lakhs to 4 lakhs. Eligible students get placed with a good percentage. Many students want to pursue higher education in their subject

In general whenever there is a fee hike you will get the information through the college site. The e-Kalyan scholarship is offered by the government of Jharkhand. For Physics Honours you can get up to 20000 Rs

Xavier Utsav is the annual fest conducted by the college in December. All national and international writer's books and journals are available in the library. Well-furnished bench desks,fans, a projector, and a smart board are available in our classroom. Almost every sport such as football, cricket, basketball, chess, and table tennis has been played on campus. Hindi Sahitya Parishad, Eco task force, Ncc unit, NSS unit, and women's cell are the social group run by the students.
