Course Curriculum Overview

The third and fourth semesters focus on in depth knowledge in the areas of specialization. Specializations are offered in the areas of finance, Marketing, Operations and Information Systems. Keeping in mind the complexity of business, all students are required to take up dual specialization.

This has been made possible by the co-operation and the personal interest shown by the staff of the organizations involved in training and molding our students and in bringing about a turnaround in their prospective careers. Students are sent to companies in batches accompanied by members of the faculty.

Campus Life

The classrooms are well-planned and spacious to facilitate long hours of teaching and interaction. Each classroom facilitates case discussions and group activities. All classrooms have network connectivity and are equipped with the latest audio-visual aids to facilitate presentations.

Alumni/Alumna

It is very good. While we were there a Global Convocation was organised in the college campus and people from different batches were there to attend it, some with friends, some with family.

Faculty

Most of the faculty teaching in the college know what they are doing. There are lot of experienced professors who are really inspiring to look up to. The classes are interesting with regular seminars, tests, industrial visits, real life examples to help us understand better.

Is XIME kochi worth joining to pursue PGDM?

Placement Experience:

Good Placement actually depends upon the students only. The crowd inside the college should be highly capable and enthusiastic for learning. The problem at XIME is not the placement but the crowd and quality of students. The college have proper placements process. Centralized placements across the three campuses are followed. Although students need to pass certain criteria to sit in the placements such as maintaining a particular GPA.

Great College with Best ROI

Placement Experience:

From the 5th Semester onwards, i.e. in November the placement process starts. The eligibility criteria for placements is to get at least 4.8 CGPA out of 8 CGPA. Approximately 60 or more companies have visited our campus until now and more than 85% of people have been placed. (As of 3rd February 2022) The highest package until now is around 14 Lakh per annum and the average package per company is around 8 Lakh per annum. (As of 3rd February, 2022) We have a target of 100% placements until April 2022. I have already been placed, so, my plan is to do well in the job I got into, and I'm very happy about it.

Rajagiri college was my only choice for doing my post graduation because of the college's reputation as one of the top business school in Kerala. Also the college has an AACSB accreditation and placement opportunities which makes it different from other colleges here. My Journey with RCBS

A detailed overview of the Admission process is as follows: You have to appear for the entrance test approved by AICTE and apply for the counseling process of the college. A merit list will be released by the university, on the basis of entrance exam scores and overall academic record of the student. Then the shortlisted students will be called for an interview and group discussion round.
