Remarks
The admission process was quite easy. I wrote the KEAM entrance examination for admission to the college. I got the merit seat in the college. Minority groups get reservation benefits at the time of admission. The allotment and admission procedures were well organized.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose the course Bachelor of Technology in Computer science and Engineering. The course is good and a wide range of job opportunities are available out there for it and the technology field. The student-faculty ratio is quite good. The term/series exam will be there at the end or start of a month.
Internships Opportunities
I am currently studying in semester 3 and I didn't attend any internships yet. But I am planning to do it. I heard from the seniors and other faculties that the internships are quite good. Good opportunities will be available for those who are willing.
Placement Experience
The placements start from semester 6 for the students who are eligible according to different companies. Various companies like IBM, TCS, etc. are providing job opportunities. A good percentage of students are getting placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees are unified all over Kerala for private engineering colleges for merit seats is 75000 in a year. The fees for private and NRI seats are higher than merit seats. Apart from this scholarship facilities are available for eligible students.
Campus Life
Our annual tech fest is named Mestech. A wide range of books are available in the library and the borrowing of books is easy and in a well-organized manner. Sports and other extracurricular activities are active in our college. IEEE, IEDC, and NSS are the mainstream organizations that run in our collage
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facilities are good. Each room consists of 3 students. The students are provided with a table and chair for each. The food is pretty good in our mess. High-speed Wi-Fi is available in the hostel for the students.
