Remarks
I got to know about MS Ramaiah college of pharmacy through a friend then I contacted the administration office. They told me to fill out the admission form on the official website after filling out the form I got my admit card for the admission test. The application date, application fees, and all the related details were available on the official website. I got all my updates in my email. The date of admission test was announced and the test was pretty easy, if you have studied for board exams and know the important concepts from class 11 you will pass the test, few days after the test I got a confirmation mail which said that I was selected for admission into the college. The mail had a link to pay my first-year fees and confirm my seat. I paid the fees and booked my seat after a few days they sent me a mail that stated that the new academic year was about to commence and we would start classes in the coming week.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose pharmacy because I am interested in the healthcare sector I liked the subjects being taught so this course was fitting for me. The faculty at MS Ramaiah College of Pharmacy is very supportive and educated. They are very dedicated and serious about our futures they constantly remind us of what job opportunities we have and the courses we can take up in the future and encourage us to do better. Their teaching methods are very interactive they teach in a way that generates interest in their subject. We have two internal exams and one semester-end exam we have exams every two months approximately.
Internships Opportunities
Our college offers internships to various companies but where you get one depends on your CGPA and overall performance. Some of my seniors did their internship in AstraZeneca the company that made vaccines for the covid virus. It all depends on you and your overall performance in college.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees are paid at the beginning of every academic year, you have the option to pay fees in installment and there is no sudden fees hike, and no hidden fees. The cost to study is average. If you fail a semester-end exam they charge Rs. 300 for rewriting the exam which is low compared to other colleges.
Campus Life
To be honest the campus social life is pretty dull fest is not conducted very well and the management does not focus on extracurricular activities. Classrooms are well equipped, labs have all the required facilities, no shortage of apparatus or machines.
