Remarks
Muslim college, biased management, take favor of Muslim and funded by Arab countries.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course was approved from RGUHS and had complete curriculum with exam structure and pattern. Very low percentage of students passed from the university every year. University was very strict to its plan and examination markings. Industry training was in our curriculum in the last year but not by university. Industry visits weren't organized by university or college.
Placement Experience
Our college didn't provide placement and internship. They used to give us a letter for request for internship. We used to go to companies to get internships. No company came there for placement. Students did everything by themselves.
College Events
There were no technical, cultural, management festivals celebrated in our college. They used to have a annual cricket tournament and for that we used to pay fee to play. It was intra college tournament. There were no inter college tournament or festival.
Fee Structure And Facilities
There was no programmed fee. It was how better you could cut the bigger piece. We paid our fees in cash or cheque. Additional fees might include time. With out fees you would not allowed for examination even if it could ruin your year. For exam to pass 3000 to be paid. Fees receipts had only amounts not details.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions
No I didn't have any scholarship or education loan. No my college didn't offer any type of scholarship. They used to get grant from Arab countries for poor muslim students. But didn't tell students.
Campus Life
There were only boys in the college. Only a single girl was in final year. There were no workshops to learn extra, no cultural groups. There were only two sides Hindus and muslims. Most of the students were from south India very few were from up bihar. Maximum students belonged to economically low backgrounds. All of us were studying there for a degree. But education was a business then and is a fraud trap now.
Hostel Facilities
Yes I had opted for hostel in my first year. Hostel was the building for hotel management college but that didn't work out so they converted it into hostel. Rooms were very big but 6-8 students lived in there and of course students of same religion try to live together. Food for God's grace was of north India. Please don't ask about quality and quantity.
Alumni/Alumna
Seniors were very helpful, caring and supportive but had religious interests. They helped more closely to same religion students and liked to stay with similar people and have groups. They are still in contact but have the same religious issues. They help each other but with benefits only other wise only chitchat.
Admission
I opted this course as it was a professional course belonged to medical profession. I wanted to be a doctor but ended up with pharmaceuticals. One of my known suggested this college. We chose this college as it was the economical at that time compared to other colleges there. Simple admission process, pay the fee and join the college.
Faculty
Faculty members were qualified but they didn't bother about the students understanding about the subject. They used to finish their lectures and move on. Only one of them had the industry experience rest all focused on books. No assignments or extracurricular activities or seminars provided.
