Remarks

The admission process initially was completely based on basis of score or mhtcet exam through cap round. after selection in the cap round, one has to submit the required documents in college within the deadline given to confirm admission. I got the benefit of gujrati minority quota in college for my admission, and also got a fee concession as I belong to OBC. the admission process was very slow and would take a whole day, so I suggest making improvements to the same.

Course Curriculum Overview

chose this course as the cutoff didn't match the requirements for getting a better branch. the curriculum is slightly different from Mumbai university, as the college tries to introduce new courses as per industry need. as the branch is established for a long time so faculty are good and highly qualified. some of them have to bring a more practical approach to their teaching. exams were conducted as per the dates mentioned in the calendar.

students are eligible for placements from the 6th semester. many students grab multiple offers. average package must be around 5-6 lakhs for my branch. all interested students got placed in my branch last year.

Fees and Financial Aid

In my thought, the fees structure of the college is a little unfair for students as tuition fees are very high and additionally they also collect fees for some extra stuff like gymkhana, etc which mostly no student use, and one has to take an additional pass for that if he/she wants to avail gym service. mahadbt scholarship scheme is available in the college for obc and ebc students.

only 1 annual fest conducts throughout the year, which would be conducted next year after a 2-3 years gap due to covid. the library consists of textbooks and reference books for all subjects for all branches. classrooms are occupied with all necessary amenities, additionally, AC service is also provided. there is very minimum exposure and encouragement for sports from the college side.

The Overall experience of an average student

Placement Experience:

7th semester or 4th year makes you eligible for internships and placements. NVIDIA visits our college often i don't know much about the placements as im only in first year but yes the eligibility for the placement is over CGPA which eliminates a lot of students during the placements nearly ~75% of the students get placed (including off and in campus) the other 20% pursue higher studies the other 5% go for start ups

1. First of all I got the Thadomal shahani college of engineering but I didn't took the admission in this college because I want to wait till the last round of CAP process. 2. Further I got the betterment i.e.AIML in DJ sanghvi college, which is good in placements as compared to Thadomal shahani college Of engineering, also the environment of study is too good in DJ sanghvi college. 3.There are two ways to take the admission in DJ sanghvi college, first through JEE MAINS and second through MHT CET. Students those who are stays in Maharashtra are mostly prefer MHT CET exam. The cutoff for Computer Engineering in this college is above 99+ percentile in MHT CET or 97-98 percentile in JEE MAINS. 4.
