Remarks

I got my admission to the college through the UPTU Exam, The eligibility of the course was 12000, I found the application form online and the application fee was 1000 and exam was conducted in the Sep of 2020, but I did not avail myself of any reservation benefits.

Course Curriculum Overview

The reason I choose this course is that I wanted a job title with a High package, The faculty of our college is Very helpful and sweet, The qualification of our college faculty is M-tech, The exam was not very difficult to pass.

Class Size: 71Course Fees: INR 645000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There Are some internships I have done in the first and third year, both unpaid internships, The project I have done are Amazon AWS, ds, IBM, cloud computing and image recognition using OpenCV.

Placement Experience

The placements are just awesome. Every place every student out here in a company with a decent package if the student had cleared the eligibility criteria they provide. You can go for the higher package job offer but the condition is that the difference between the current package and the applied offer must be 3 LPA least.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is 645000 for the complete course with 129000 for each year. The student can however avail of scholarships and other financial benefits too if they have valid documents that are required and if they qualify. However, the process is a bit hectic.

Campus Life

College does provide some of the fests like culture fest, annual fest and it does provide some industrial visits, there are lots of books are found in the library, The sports and extracurricular activities on the campus are not very many Few clubs of college are tedx, football FC, marvels.

My Opinion about GL BAJAJ INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT

Placement Experience:

The student are available for placement from the starting of the 4th year of 7th semester. There's are lot of decent companies that come to our college like TCS, INFOSYS, MICROSOFT, CAPGEMINI etc The highest placement of my college is about 58 lpa and the average placement of my college is about 7.5lpa The 90 percentage of the students who participated in the placement are being placed rest are gone for their higher studies. My planned after getting my degree is to grab a decent package from the college and started my career.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements from the 6th semester. Recently Infosys visited our college, however the average and highest package was not yet declared but we have heard rumours that the highest package is somewhat around 30 LPA. The percentage of students getting placement is around 65%. My plans after getting this degree is applying for external placements as well.

Unfiltered review and reality of My College

Course Curriculum Overview:

This criteria for choosing the college was because of placements. The curriculum Is outdated and not as per the industry requirements. In 1st year we are taught only one language and which is of no use.... That is C. But in other universities, students are taught languages like java, C++, python in their 1st year. Teachers are good. I have no issues with them but I have issues with its curriculum. Exam are taken so much which are according to me good as they prepare as for university exams but as I consider placement point of view so students do not have enough time to prepare for their placements, learning new skills as we are supposed to study for exams otherwise we will have to attend extra exams and classes and will lose internal marks. So having many exams have both benefits and drawbacks.
