I chose this course as I have a passion for computer science. GLA is adding faculty from time to time to comply with the student ratio which is increasing per year. Faculty is well qualified to give you knowledge about his/her subject in depth. The teaching method is OK. There are 2 exams per semester, Midterm and End term. In the midterm, you hear around 30-50% of the syllabus and in the End term, you get the next 50% including the previous one (however the percentage of midterm topics is less as compared to end-term topics).

Many companies offer internships with a stipend of 5-10k. The outcome should be according to the project made by you. If it fulfills the demands then you cleared the tasks. You can gain much experience through these internships. And it also helps in placements.

I am currently in the Third sem. From the 5th semester, you will become eligible for campus placements. There are many companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Accenture, Silicon Labs, etc. which have visited our college offering 10-20 LPA packages. The average package is of 6Lpa and the highest is 44 LPA. Last year it was around 90% placement.

As GLA has its test, it also gives scholarships based on your performance in Mains and Board exams. Without any scholarship, the fees will be around 160k. However, you can also apply for the UP scholarship or your corresponding state scholarships.

We have fests organized by clubs and festive fests in corresponding months. Maximum books are available in Library, they have an online system to search for available books. You will have AC classrooms and halls with good lighting. There are many sports activities organized by the sports club of gla. Many clubs are run by students, E-cell, Abacus, Gla Voice, Nature Club, etc.
