Remarks

The eligibility criteria of CMR university are quite good compared to other universities. The management provides good student support from the time of admission till you join the campus itself. Nice infrastructure and experienced faculty. Just a suggestion regarding the cultural and other festivals that should be celebrated and should function more effectively. The campus is so big..and life is really good. CMRU gives you enjoy life as a student. Various functions are organised in different campuses of CMRU. The library has all the books that one can think of. The library is not so big but silent and the required books are available. Each student is asked to take part in sports, NCC, or NSS in their compulsory graduation. Also we have clubs and societies..which is also mandatory to have at least one to continue your passion and be alive for other curriculum activities. Every sem CCC course is conducted for example is "Design Thinking Course!" 1st University to provide this course for 1st sem

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I always had a keen interest in Engineering and wanted to pursue it further. It is an easy and valuable course for companies. The teacher and student ratio are good as well. All the faculty members have great knowledge about the subject and are regular in classes, they are strict and very keen to teach. Exams are taken frequently to keep up the pace apart from this every class contains a presentation where each child had to come to the board to solve and explain questions given by teachers. Periodically exams are held in our college. IATs or Internal exams are held two times before the Sem ends of exams. And the level of exams is average most of the time. And it's very easy to clear the exam with good marks if you are regular in the classes. And Attendance is the most important factor of our university..85% attendance is required for being eligible for the sem-end exams.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

The companies GSN GAMES, JUKEBOX STUDIOS, ZEBU STUDIOS, etc. hire students for roles as GAME DEVELOPER, GAME DESIGNER, TECHNICAL artists, and many more, and some students also got jobs at ROCKSTAR GAMES and skills and portfolio is must.

Placement Experience

4

From 5 semesters we get placements and there are some eligibility criteria to apply for placements and game development courses, companies like GSN GAMES, JUKEBOX STUDIOS, etc. hire students and some students also got a job at Rockstar Games.

For the Game Development course the fee is 1.6 lakh per year and there is no scholarship for the game development course you can pay a fee in installments too and they provide loans too and the stipend got to the students is 40,000 per month in GSN GAMES.

Campus Life

4

Life on the campus is fantastic students can enjoy and learn for 3 years at University and they have many cultural activities for game development students they also conduct activities like 24 hours game jams, Game days and the classrooms are good with Wi-Fi and they had a volleyball ground, Basketball court, Badminton court, TT, etc.

Placement Experience:

lacements at MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology Placements at MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology are decent overall, with stronger outcomes for CS-related branches and moderate but reliable opportunities for core branches like Chemical Engineering. ???? Placement Eligibility Students generally become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester (final year). Some companies also allow pre-placement offers (PPOs) through internships after the 6th semester. ???? Companies Visiting the Campus ???? Common Recruiters (Across Branches) TCS Infosys Wipro Accenture Cognizant Capgemini IBM L&T Deloitte (limited roles) ???? Core / Chemical-Related Opportunities L&T Reliance (limited roles) Schneider Electric Saint-Gobain Some manufacturing, quality, and operations-based companies Core chemical companies visit in limited numbers, so many Chemical Engineering students also sit for IT, analytics, and operations roles. ???? Packages Offered (Approximate) ???? Salary Range Highest Package (overall): ~?40–50 LPA (off-campus / international offer, mostly CS) Highest for Core / Chemical roles: ~?8–10 LPA Average Package (overall): ?7–8 LPA Average for Chemical Engineering: ?4–6 LPA ???? Job Profiles Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Process / Quality Engineer Analyst / Consultant Software Engineer (for interested students) ???? Placement Percentage Overall placement rate: ~90–95% Chemical Engineering: ~60–70% Students with good CGPA, internships, and skills tend to get placed earlier and in better roles. ???? Employability & Skill Development The college provides: Placement training sessions Aptitude and soft-skill workshops Coding and interview preparation support However, students are expected to upskill on their own, especially for core industry roles or higher-paying profiles. ???? My Plans After Completing the Degree After completing my B.E. in Chemical Engineering, I plan to: Gain industry experience through campus placement or off-campus opportunities
