You are eligible for the course if you appeared in JEE Mains exam and passed 12th with minimum 60% marks. you can apply for the college through HSTES portal . They do online counseling round of admission for B.Tech . There are many types of reservation that they consider that are HOGC , SC/ST , KM , OBC ,EWS and the other are considered in all india general category. Their admission procedure is too good no improvement is needed.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course because I want to build my carrier in the field of automation. The teacher-student ratio is about 1:25/1:27. All the staff of the institute is well qualified and the teaching methods and behavior of the staff are amazing. Term exams are held after every 6 months and it is not so difficult to pass them if you study regularly.
Placement Experience
The students of the 6th semester become eligible for placement. Wipro, TCS, honda, Infosys, etc are the main companies that visit for placements. Not much idea about the no of offers made but about 70% of the students get placed. The highest package offered here was about 1400000 that was from TCS and the average package here is about 4.5 Lakhs About 70% of students get placed. My plan after the degree is to peruse a master's in my field.
Fees and Financial Aid
The is of course according to the placement and campus is good as compared to other institutions. Yes, you can avail scholarship if you are studying here the scholarship is provided by Haryana Government which is different for every category. You can also take a study loan /student loan to study here. The placement ratio here is also very good and you can also get a stipend internship here.
Campus Life
The annual fest here is RATNAVALI which is the biggest college fest ever organized in Haryana and the annual tech fest here is EXCELSIOR which is also a tech fest of the international level. All the Books you need to study or your course books are available in the library. Classrooms are like normal classrooms like benches, smart boards, projectors, etc. If you play sports there are many sports clubs here that you can join according to your preference and sports competition are also organized here every 4-5 months. Not many social websites and all are run by students but there are many social groups and clubs here that are run by students for the students.
